I booked 2 apartments, but I was not let in and the owner wasn't helpful. I had to get hotels.com re-imburse the payment while I had to book somewhere else. This was a very annoying experience. I would not recommend Optimal Apartments, but hotels.com was very helpful.

Optima is at an excellent location close to the subway station (5-7mins away). It is clean & safe and everything we need is included. overall we had an enjoyable stay. excellent for a family travelling together to the beautiful city of Stockholm
