とてもいい宿です。インテリアがモダンで、必要なものが全て揃っていました。（コンロ、電子レンジ、食洗機、洗濯乾燥機、電気ポット） 私は１か月程度の旅行を何度もしています。アパート型でも洗濯乾燥機がなかったり、洗濯乾燥機があっても他の宿泊者と共有のため実質使用できないことがあったので、自室のバスルームに洗濯機＋乾燥機があるのは助かりました。ただ、洗濯機を全自動にするには「5 shirts」にダイヤル合わせることを理解するのには少し時間が必要でした。 最寄りのSundbyberg駅へは徒歩7分500mです。 駅から43番の電車に乗れば「Stockholm City」駅までは8分2駅8kmです。改札はクレジットカードのタッチ決済が利用できます。 また、アーランダ空港へは、Sundbyberg駅の反対側のトラムのプラットフォームD(Sundbybergs torg)からFlygbussarnaというバスが日中は30分毎に出ています。停留所に「Flygbussarna」と表示されたガラスの小さな看板があり、その前にバスが停車します。 市庁舎、宮殿、ガムラスタン、ストックホルム近代美術館あたりは水辺で景色もいいです。また、バスに乗り換えてグスタフスベリへ陶磁器を見に行くのもいいと思います。

部屋が広く、清潔感もあり大変良かったのですが 家電製品の使い方がイマイチわからず 特に、洗濯機ではとても苦労しました。 そこだけが残念でしたね。

ストックホルム中央からの移動もしやすく、周辺は買い物がしやすい。管理人とのやりとりは全てメールでしたが、ラゲージルームも使え、アパートメントとしての使い勝手はとてもよかった。

The stay was perfect. The place was super clean and the area is very walkable and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

well stocked kitchen with a washer and dryer inside the room is very convenient.

Apartment was located in a charming neighborhood, within walking distance of commuter trains, subway and buses. Grocery stores, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, 7/11 are also close by. We were there the second week of September through the first week of October so there was no need for air-conditioner. However, if I was there during the summer months, I would be concerned about that since the apartment isn't air conditioned. But they did have a fan. But overall it was a great experience and we stay here again.

Great to have a washing machine and crier in the flat. The kitchen was fully equipped bar a toaster which would have been a nice thing to have.

Washing machine was great, it would have been better if laundry detergent was supplied. We had to request for the hand & shower soap to be refilled, otherwise, the bathroom is clean.

Bra med plats, väljer detta alternativ om fler resor ska planeras. Mitt i Centrum av Sundbyberg.

ci siamo trovate benissimo, soggiorno perfetto, metro letteralmente a due passi e quartiere tranquillissimo e sicuro. La stanza è grande, pulita, luminosa nonostante si trovi nel basement e letto comodissimo e piumone caldo. Unica piccola pecca, non c’era il riscaldamento. Non so se si accendesse autonomamente a una certa ora, ma anche se fosse così era molto basso perché la mattina presto e la sera sentivamo un po’ freddo. Il termosifone c’era, lo abbiamo messo al massimo, ma comunque il calore non si sentiva. Nel complesso però non posso non essere soddisfatta , ci ritornerei altre mille volte

The apartment is clean and spacious. It is convenient as there are few supermarkets nearby and the tram, train and subway stations are just few minutes walk from the apartment.

Chambre confortable, bien situé.

Appartamento molto comodo nel quartiere Sundbyberg, a circa 30 minuti in auto dal centro e molto vicino alla stazione. Ho apprezzato sopratutto la fornitura di lavatrice e asciugatrice, e l'ampiezza della camera.

The property was clean and spacious. It was is a nice neighbourhood with friendly, helpful people. I was a bit surprised that there was no oven or a toaster. It made the meals we could prepare a bit limited. We wanted to cook our own food to save on expenses. But, overall it was a good stay with nice decor and comfy beds.

Superbe appartement très bien équipé bien placé. Transports, restaurants et commerce a proximité. Parfait pour un séjour en famille

Fabulous communication. Amazing amount of space. Will return. Kitchen has every thing you’ll need. Couldn’t get washing machine to work.
