街の中心部に位置し、立地条件も良く設備も新しい。スタッフの対応も申しぶんない。気持ち良く宿泊できた。

大通りからは少し離れており場所が分かりくにかったが治安の面で不安は感じなかった。家族4人で1部屋だったが、ベッドルームは2つあり、バスルームも広かった。冷蔵庫、ドライヤーはある。 朝食付きプランだったが、早朝からツアーに参加するため食べれない日があると言うと出発時間までにランチボックスにつめて持たせてくれた。

The room was spacious and pleasant. We were staying for consecutive nights and it was very good that water was replenished. Staff were extremely friendly. The hotel had an unusual structure which made it sometimes difficult to find out, but this was not a problem. Breakfast was well stocked and there was plenty of space to relax. We were fully satisfied. Check-in was easy and check-out was also very easy.

環境配慮は必要であるが、モーションセンサーを使用したバスルームの自動消灯及びエアコンの自動オフはやり過ぎ。シャワー使用中に4回も5回も消灯し、その度にシャワーカーテンから手を出してモーションを強いられる。また在室であるのに一定時間後にエアコンが自動オフになり、それを知らずに非常に寒い思いをした。在室中は勝手にオフになるホテルは初めてで、そうならない仕様であるべき。また、4つ星ホテルでありながら、恐らくはこうした電気使用量の削減の為、冷蔵庫がない。周辺に食料品を購入できる店が沢山ある事を考えると非常に不満。一方、比較的新しい建築のホテルらしく、完全バリアフリーで、車いす滞在者も過ごしやすいだろう。シャワースペースに折り畳み式の手すりも完備されているが、前述の通り、シャワー中に何度も消灯されてしまうのはやり過ぎである。手すりの装備は良いがタオルハンガーの位置と少なさ、クローゼットの小ささとハンガーにパンツ用がない事、室内金庫が小さすぎて10インチクラスのラップトップPCが入らないのも不満な点である

立地よく、滞在は快適でした

きれいなホテルでスタッフの方も親切でした。アイルランドに来る際はまた利用しようと思います。

Great location! Nice hotel but rooms are VERY small.

We had a great stay for 8 nights. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the food at the restaurant and cafe were great. The location was exceptional. We walked everywhere. The only negative was the cost of parking. They do not have parking on site but there is a Q park directly across the street. Even with the discount the cost was 30 Euro a night but this is similar to a lot of the hotels in D trying Dublins City Centre. We would stay there again

This was perfect for a single traveler spending time in city center; a comfy bed, nice shower, WiFi, and bar/restaurant. Everything was sparkling clean, staff were very friendly. I like the options for early check-in and check out. The lobby was a good place to hang out if you wanted more space. You could get almost total darkness with the blinds and curtain that was operated by a switch, so sleep was no issue. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great hotel to rest & reset between activities! A nice quiet location but perfectly walkable to so many great parts of Dublin. The staff are pretty hands off but were helpful at the front desk if needed. The room's AC could be better, it would shut off randomly & the room would get so hot (or would be too cold, no in between!) The maids also wouldn't replenish the same amount of towels so had to ask for extras a few times. But overall, a great hotel experience!

The rooms are modern and clean but small. I asked the front desk for help with the smart TV and they never got back to me after another try. Ultimately, this hotel is in an amazing location, has a great lobby and restaurant and I would recommend it. Check in staff was great too.

Buffet breakfast was good. Staff polite. Good size room. Parking expensive but I suppose that's to be expected in Dublin.

A/c fungerte ikke. Slo den av men den slo seg på automatisk. Forsøkte justere temperatur, men gikk alltid tilbake til opprinnelig temperatur. Ikke et stort problem, men trekker 1 stjerne på grunn av dette.

Pros: walking distance to main attractions. Cons: quite expensive.

Cut hotel lobby, very modern like we enjoy, nice sitting areas. Beds seemed old, bowed in the middle. Rooms seem to take a while to clean durring the day and always missed something I.e coffee cups not cleaned, towels not replaced when requested etc. Rooms are smaller and ours had a very small window, claustrophobic. Was to have 2 lounge chairs from photo, ours had only 1. Our room did not have any luggage racks but they did find us one. Breakfast was a BIG no, not worth price, we did not eat there.

The check in was like check out at a grocery store. Not very personable or user friendly after a long flight. There was no toilet paper roll. You just set it somewhere. There are no towel racks. Not very environmentally aware. No mechanism for saving a towel to use again. House keeping just changes them all. Also got rid of a nearly full roll of toilet paper and replaced it.

Best location in Dublin! Walk to everything!

The way they situate the beds in the rooms is weird. The beds are not easy to get on and off! The food at the restaurant is of poor quality. The staff, however, is helpful.
