駅から近く、とてもアクセスが良いホテルでした。周辺にはレストランやスーパーがたくさんあり、食事にも買い物にも困りません。客室には冷蔵庫があり、ちょっとした飲み物や食べ物を入れておけて便利でした。さらに、清掃の際にはお水を追加してくれる気配りもあって、快適に過ごせました。 一点だけ気になったのは、廊下の音が思ったより客室に届くことです。静かさを重視する人は少し気になるかもしれませんが、全体的には便利で使い勝手の良いホテルだと感じました。

Great location, cozy but comfortable room

Lovely hotel nice to have a fridge in the room . Bed was very comfortable. So near Eyre square Parking is limited we parked in a nearby multi storey.

Galway is a large city. The hotel is down a small alley, not one you can drive down and drop off your bags. I had messaged the property about parking but had no idea where to go. A little directions would have been helpful. I double parked on the road to drop off my bags, visiting from the states, I was in a panic as to where to go. It was the final straw that I wanted to go home. My daughter said it reminded her of a "pay by the hour hotel". It would be good for someone who travels with just a backpack and has no problem with crowds and a party environment. It could have been nice if I had expected the large city, not near the harbor as stated. I knew where to go, direction where not clear and there is a small sign for the hotel. Best of luck. I do not think I will ever travel to Galway again.

Such a great find in Galway, so comfortable and quiet. Loved the Nespresso in the room and very comfy beds!!

Great location. There were some noise issues over night.

Booked the best room - cost £250 - view of a concrete wall and massive air vent. Mirror next to hairdryer angled down on sloping wall so either had to be a tiny person or dry hair without mirror. Shower poorly draining - almost completely flooded the floor . Also felt like a hospital shower room . Annoying intermittent clicking sound from somewhere in the bathroom all night On the plus side , air conditioning, coffee and clean . Close to the centre . I’m being kind

Perfect location near Galway City center, coach station and train station. Room was clean and bathroom spotless. It’s the top of my list of places to stay in Galway

Very nice, clean, quiet room! Had air-conditioning as well which is a plus. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Central location. Easy walk to Latin Quarter, Spanish arch, Cathedral, and lively pubs. Average room, a bit dated but fine for a night. Pretty quiet.

Great Aircon in the room. Perfect location! Walking distance to restaurants. We ate at Brassrie on the Square. It was fantastic! Book a reservation and eat here. Beds were firm. Clean room. Front desk was helpful. Listen to their directions and you should be OK. Note; Park at the car park at the train station - 6.50 euros daily for 24 hours.

The location here was the best. Everything was close, and the city bus station is right next door. The hotel room was clean . the staff were friendly. I forgot the name of the man working at the front desk, but he was Malaysian. He was so kind and tried his best to help, so I was very grateful. If you were booking a tour or looking for best location I would prefer this hotel.

There is nothing "boutique" about this property. Our bed was jammed up against the wall which made it impossible for to access the bathroom at night without waking up the other person. The hotel and room were in poor condition.

The room was spotless, and the best part was having AC to stay comfortable.
