立地がよく、とても清潔感があった。 オーナーも気さくでとても良い人であり、 頼み事をよく聞いてくれた。

地下の部屋は排水音がうるさいとの口コミを見たので、狭いけれど1階の部屋を予約しました。 けれども案内された部屋は地下の部屋でした。排水音は小さい音のものもあれば、朝方の大きな音もありました。 オーナーに変更を申し出ようかとも思ったのですが、地下の部屋は隣がバスルームで便利だし、1階の部屋はとても狭そうでしたし、1階には家族連れが連泊しているようで騒がしそう、ということで、2日目からは耳栓で対応しました。 家は綺麗ですし、オーナーのSamさんがアジア系の方だったので安心感もありました。実際、わたしのお願いにもよいご対応をして下さいました。 音のことがあっても、それを補うくらい快適な施設でした。 ただ、猫のアレルギーをお持ちの方は注意が必要かもです。とても綺麗な猫ちゃんが住んでいます。ずっとはいませんでしたが、時折り地下にも来ていました。 宿まで送ってくれた猫好きな友人が声をあげて喜んでいたくらいなので、猫好きな方はむしろうれしいかもしれません。 建物の美しさ、泊まりやすさ、値段などでご興味を持たれた方で、猫が苦手な方はオーナーに一度ご相談されるのもいいかと思います。

清潔で部屋も広く快適でした　ホテルではなく一軒家でバストイレが共用です　地下の部屋だからか排水の音がきになりましたが全体的には静かです　 質問はオーナーへメッセージを送るとすぐ返信がきて安心でした　チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえました

I stayed 4 days and was fully satisfied with clean room, gentle owner, good shower room with high-pressure showerhead, wide kitchen, and two adorable cats! Thank you for kindness. I’d like to stay again.

It took me a while to log in to my room, but the owner came right over to help me. The room had a variety of amenities and a kitchen that was too good for one person to use. The only thing that bothered me a little was that there were not enough beds for the size of the room, so I think it would be better to have a cot or something to take advantage of that much space.

Street parking was plentiful. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. It is a nice setup.

Sam was an amazing host! He’s very hands-on in cleaning the property and managing it. Quick to respond to questions and very efficient with his time. I love my room downstairs! it’s just a perfect fit for me. So cozy and quiet! Thank you again, Sam, for being a great host and providing us a great accomodation to stay at, not to mention making it affordable at the same time (considering the cost of hotels in Vancouver). Short walk from the train. Very quiet and clean.

Host extremely polite, respectful, and responsive. Shower super high-end and enjoyable. Room extremely spacious, and common area comfortable and good ambience. 20 minute walk from nearest skytrain station, and 3 minute walk from regular bus stop- Vancouver public transit is great, and you can already travel anywhere you'd like with these 2 options. Things to be aware of: there is a quiet and docile ragdoll lurking around- beware for those with allergies but he is extremely friendly if you aren't too loud! Everything is basically a 5-star, only suggestion for improvement is the garbage cans could be the stepping ones for better hygiene (you need to manually open the lid which is a personal ick for me!). Quiet hours are between 10 PM to 8 AM, inc. no showering (for those who may be inconvenienced by this)- but everyone was extremely respectful of this timeframe. All in all, would 100% re-book here when I'm in Vancouver next.

Bastante bien las habitaciones, la cocina tenía tostador, horno de m.o. Refri, vajilla, tarja, cubiertos, valdría lanpena que le pasaran la escoba más seguido porque después de 4 días todavía se ve la pelusa del día 1.
