世界でも最も素晴らしい村の一つに滞在できたのは非常に興味深い経験でした。

バス停からホテルまでシャトルバスが出ていて、その逆もあるのですが、移動手段は2回だけで、残りは村まで散歩に行きたい場合、往復4km歩かなければなりません。うーん

とても素敵なホテルで、値段に見合う価値があります。このホテルに泊まるために、必ずまたここに戻ってきます。とても本格的です。

扇町バス停（白川郷行きのバスを利用すると、基本的にここに到着します）からホテルまでの無料シャトルミニバスを提供しています。最終シャトルバスは17:25頃なので、それ以降は宿泊施設まで1〜2kmほど歩く必要があることに注意してください。スタッフは親切で、夜間に利用できるレストランを教えてくれます。ホテルでは温泉、無料のウェルカムドリンク、ラーメン（午後10時頃）を提供しています。私は朝食の食事を試しましたが、旅館スタイルの朝食は経験としては価値がありますが、おいしい食べ物ではないと思います。

Clean, excellent staff and facilities. Wonderful stay.

The property was well maintained, the main problem always miscommunications between guest and staff, they were not try to understand what guest request properly. And simply make something not on the request (on restaurant experience) the most bad experience on restaurant. The restaurant staff, young lady with short hair, is not helpful and not friendly when I come to restaurant. This hotel located in small town, please make sure book for dinner and breakfast, my experience the front office not offering to reserve for dinner. I simply coming to restaurant and surprisingly full booked. And I don't have any option what to eat that time. In the condition I was arrived from far away and can't take dinner, can't order food, outside heavy snow all places was closed, I complain to the hotel and nothing they can do. I come on snow season, with that price and services were not reasonable! 👎
