Our stay was very pleasant..

I loved the entire property as a whole. The access to the pool, spa, and gym. I loved the grounds and being able to walk around. I loved how close we were to the restaurant and let me say the food was DELICIOUS!!! I appreciated the free breakfast every morning and staff were extremely helpful and nice. I will never forget their hospitality. Some downsides included the room itself. I found it to be dusty, not very clean, and not well maintained. Some of the outlets were sticking out of the wall, kitchen sponge was dirty and black, shower clog required us to stop the water for it to go down, and broken closets. The front door was difficult to lock which caused for some safety concerns. Other than that the bed and couch were comfy with a nice view of the vineyards.

Everything was great

Great stay, great room, and friendly staff. View was good and food was genuinely top tier. Sheets were extra comfortable. Definitely one of the best and most economical options in Valle.

Resort is amazing! Room was super clean, view was exceptional, all onsite staff was more than kind/helpful. No words to describe how great their food is at the onsite restaurant Salvia Blanca. Would stay here again especially when you compare their pricing to other well known resorts around.

Very Good Place and very Good Staff

Our stay was absolutely incredible. From the wonderful hotel team to the pristine grounds we loved every second. The lodge was so beautiful and very peaceful. We will definitely be back.

The staff was so helpful and professional

The rooms are quite small, the bed is small for two people and the room doesn’t offer much privacy. What bothered us the most was the noise. On weekends the restaurant in the property has live music which starts playing early in the morning and goes until late and inside the room is like if you were in the middle of a concert, this is also partly because the rooms have absolutely no noise insulation. We brought up the noise concern both to the front desk, hotel and restaurant manager and nothing changed. We went to the spa on the property and it was expensive and not great. Overall i think the focus of the property is the restaurant and the hotel guests are not very well cared for. The service is defined suboptimal. Wasn’t an awful experience but i wouldn’t stay there again nor recommend it. There r better hotels in the area that offer more amenities and better service.
