清潔感のあるホテルでとても良かったです。アメリカのホテルって感じはあまりしませんでした。

派手な色のホテルでやや心配でしたが、シャワーのみですが室内は合理的な形になっています。なんと言ってもnorth stationという駅から至近で、美術館や空港へのアクセスが非常にいいです。マサチュッセッツ総合病院やイタリア人街も徒歩圏内ですのでいい環境です。５Fの部屋から見た景色（少し雪あり）がよかったです。

Conveniently located near North Station, there is a food court for quick meals and a grocery store in the basement that can help you save money on food if you are staying for a long time. The staff were friendly, and I was able to check in without any problems even though my flight was delayed and I arrived late at night because I had contacted them in advance. The rooms on the North Station side are a bit noisy due to the large fans installed in the station building. If you have a choice, I recommend staying on a higher floor.

おしゃれな楽しいホテルでした。スタッフもフレンドリーです。交通の便も地下鉄で乗り換えて観光に行くのが便利です。空港までUberで1５分程度なので、安く楽にアクセスできました。近くのカフェも多く、地巨大な地下スーパーもあり便利でした。

部屋が米国にしては小さいが、日本のビジネスホテルよりは広いです。もう少し広いと良いかなという感じです。ロケーションは最高です。朝ご飯も普通に良いです。野菜があればなお良いです。

Everything is controlled on an iPad in the room. This is cool but the climate control didn’t work and there is no way to manually adjust the temperature. The shower was TINY but I did see other rooms with larger showers. It’s pretty bare bones but trendy. I enjoyed the areas outside the room and well as the view.

I would recommend this hotel for couples and single travelers, however for anyone else the room would be too uncomfortable. The room is very nice and clean however the bathroom situation was semi see through with the curtain outside of the bathroom being see through. The room is also not that large but the bed was a nice size and the iPad that controlled the lights, tv, etc was very useful.

Prepaid for a room, which I could not check into because they sold my room to someone else. They charged me and another person for the same room at the same time. Had to change rooms several times due to a water leak from the ceiling, a broken safe, and a broken iPad controller. The iPad controls everything in the room: lights, TV, temperature, and fan.

I enjoyed the ease of getting around and views from the room.

We were a party of 2 and enjoyed our recent stay at CitizenM North Station. It was easy to explore Boston and the surrounding areas using the hotel as a home base. There were many food options nearby as well as public transportation. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

My son and I were doing a bit of a New England summer vacation, and that included some time in Boston. I had never heard of citizenM before, and honestly, I chose it entirely based on location, since we were also riding the DownEaster, aka Train to Maine, and this was so close to Boston North Station. My son is 16, and we loved this place! Best way I could describe it is, if a hotel, the Apple Store, and Ikea had a three-way, citizenM hotel would be their kid. 🙂 Cool, clean, ridiculously efficient on space, and plenty of tech in the room with their supplied iPad controlling most things. Really unexpectedly loved this place. My son wants to go back! Staff was all super helpful and nice too. Great breakfast there to start our day. If I could leave six stars, I would.
