スタッフの方々皆とても感じが良く、フレンドリー且つとても親切に対応してくださいました。朝食チケットは2日分もらえて、また取りに行くというシステムも慣れれば大丈夫でしたがチェックインのときに宿泊分全ていただければ手間は省けるかなと思いました。部屋はいつも綺麗で、子供たちとも安心して気持ちの良い時間を過ごせて、本当に感謝しています！またブルックリンを訪れる際はぜひこちらに泊まりたいです。

朝食はないが、ホテルロビーの喫茶コーナーで簡単な朝食を摂ることは出来る。しかし隣りの店（Gourmet Deli）でインデイゴスペシャルを注文すればもっとリーズナブルで種類が豊富。

I just recently stayed at this location for business. Upon arrival I was notified of a $200 per night incidental charge. Okay. No problem. I was pointed to the direction of the lounge and elevators. When I got up to my room, I noticed that even though it may have been cleaned, it didn't look clean. I went back down to the front desk and inquired about the pool, I was told to "go and look to see if it's open". It was not. I did not have the opportunity to enjoy that amenity. The next day I wanted to order room service – When I called down, I was notified that their "system was down". I told the person on the phone, "you do understand that you're holding $200 of my dollars PER night?" They said yes. Tried again the next morning. The front desk was completely unaware of the system being down. Walked down to the restaurant and the system was still down. Positive: Great location, room service cleaned the room daily and did so well even though the finished of the room look a little rough. Do not make the mistake that I did and write off reviews. Alot of them were very accurate unfortunately

My only disappointment was that we had to wait HOURS to check-in. We were unable to shower and change before our Broadway Show.

The location is good. Easy to walk around the area.

My family of four (with kids ages 5 and 8) really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo. The staff were friendly and informative, our room was spacious and comfortable, and my kids absolutely loved the rooftop pool. We were concerned after reading some negative reviews about the pool not being accomodating to kids but we were happy to just use it in the morning. We were also informed right at check in about the rules (no children after 1pm) so there were no surprises. The hotel is in a great location being next to a subway station and a short walk from many cafes and restaurants. You have to try the birria taco truck across the street in the evening, it's delicious!

Hotel is always a fun stay for us. Great location and friendly/professional staff.

Youthful people

Staff friendly and helpful. Property generally nice and stylish but room itself could use some repairs - floors torn up/scratched up, shower leaky with poor design flooded bathroom floor unless towels spread across threshold to form dam to prevent flooding.

I had two rooms and the staff and Manager was amazing!! I will come back again for sure! Chandler was great! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! We had a big group and they accommodated and made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you again
