Room wasn't ready upon arrival even though the arrival was slightly later than the actual prescribed check-in time. Some room amenities were missing like slippers. Room service food menu is below expectations - even though online food delivery apps delivered other items from their own restaurant, which room service wouldn't.

Totally unorganised Check in took 30 mins Could not see booking as could not find exercise book ! Anyway we booked 4 rooms they insisted we only booked 2. After showing proof finally gave us rooms . Staff u friendly and unhelpful would not give me receipt as their system does not allow them!!!’

Property is so outdated. Bathroom smells like public toilet. Tv was not working. Very disappointed.
