交通機関の遅延の関係で急遽チェックインの時間が遅くなってしまったのですが、チェックインについて問い合わせのメールを送るとすぐにチェックイン方法についてのお返事を下さり、安心してホテルに向かうことが出来ました。滞在中も要望に対してすぐに対応してくださりとても有難かったです。 また、バス停からも近く、周辺にはレストランやスーパーもあり便利でした。

Bathroom outdated, bed was uncomfortable.

Good budget hotel. I stayed at this hotel while attending a concert at the 02 Academy, Oxford, which was within walking distance, so it was in a great location for what I needed. The property is a short drive from the city centre, and I also saw a ‘Park & Ride’ site nearby, so it is reasonably convenient for anyone wanting to visit the City Centre. Although the hotel looks a little tired, it was clean, check-in was smooth, and staff were very friendly & helpful. Parking on site is a real bonus. My room was clean, with en-suite bathroom and all the basic amenities provided. Towels were fresh and the bed was comfortable. There is a restaurant conveniently on site which I didn’t use, so cannot comment on that facility, and there are several nice pubs and restaurants nearby. Overall, if expectations are realistic in line with price, I recommend this hotel for a short stay in the Oxford area, and would definitely stay again.

The room is very basic but I have no complaints I had a good nights sleep, there was no noise at all. Staff is very friendly and hotel is in a great location.

Friendly staff, easy check in. Clean and tidy. It is value for money - do not expect the Ritz. Was there in a party of four on a uni reunion and perfect for one night. Free parking, on the bus route to town, nearby shops inc Tesco and Sainsburys Express, Greggs and Costa. Would recommend and would stay again.

Lots of shops near by and places to eat. Rooms were clean and tidy. Parking is very tight (about 4 spaces available) but doable.

Staff was helpful, place was looking clean but towels were really smelly, all bedding smelly , no water, i think in 50£ what might I expect

Absolutely horrendous. Found a used condom in the room, the shower fluctuated from cold to scalding hot and burned me, and the fire alarm went off with only a cleaner on site who wasn’t fire trained!

Great staff, great room 6 and parking was a bit tight yet doable - parking around the corner near the pub available! Would stay here again

Although no facilities for eating and drinking, there were plenty within walking distance! Very clean and quiet
