We had an amazing stay, nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautiful filled with lots of lovely extras. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room. Will definitely recommend and will definitely stay again. Thank you for having us.

Nice decoration, nice garden. Clean. Very small single room, very small single bed and very small downstairs bathroom.Breakfast delivery at 8 am, 8:30 am, and 9 am. Delivery knocks on the doors of your neighbours has the same effects as knocking on your doors. If you want to sleep, book elsewhere.

Delightful House, quirky rooms which was ideal for the area..Immaculate and well kept..David the host very very pleasant and helpful..Breakfast was lovely, and csyered well..would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Just returned from a couple nights at the Puddle Duck Lodge, in the single room. Lovely place, all around. Spotlessly clean, in perfect area to explore Bowness/Windermere. Owners were pleasant and accessible, without being overbearing. The breakfast was fantastic, and the parking was easy to get in and out of. Probably the best guest house experience I've had in the UK.

Great location

Overnight stay in the lakes with my dog. Couldn’t fault the service and friendliness of the family owned Puddle Duck Lodge. They do everything to make you feel welcome and even provided a welcome pack for my dog. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This place is such a nice spot to stay. It’s quiet, beautiful, and has everything you could possibly ask for.

Wonderful experience, cannot express enough positive things about the stay. Cute room, thoroughly thought out systems, exceptional service. The best breakfast experience on our three-week UK trip. Walking distance to town and water. 5 stars.

Had a lovely overnight stay here. The room was absolutely beautiful with a very comfy bed. There was lots of nice touches in the room from freshly baked biscuits, DVD's & bath robes. On site parking and the most amazing choice of breakfast all served in your room. We will definitely stay here again as it was so close to everything in windermere. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely B&B the owners were very friendly and helpful, free parking was a great bonus and only a few minutes walk from the centre we really enjoyed the breakfast, we would definitely stay again next time we are visiting Bowness on Windermere.

Friendly owners, clean, bright and cheerful room. Tasty breakfast with plenty of options. Little things as well, like plug socket by bedside light so could charge phone and read book at the same time, which many large hotels can’t manage. Already planning to return next year.

What an amazing place! 10 minutes walk to Lake harbour, next to all amenities but on very quiet street with wonderful garden.

Puddle Duck Lodge is a charming, very well- equipped guest house conveniently situated close to the centre of Bowness. We spent two very comfortable nights there and greatly appreciated the huge efforts made to mitigate the risk of Covid. Breakfast was brilliant and the provision of off-street parking was Invaluable. We unreservedly recommend Puddle Duck Lodge.
