スタッフの方々、荷物の預かりを快くきちんとして下さいました。 星四つなのは、二泊したのですが、２日目にどうしてもお湯が出なかったことです。

施設は駅から徒歩圏でどこへ行くにもアクセスが良く、清潔でセキュリティー関係もきちんとしていました。 しかし、デイリーハウスキーピングは無く、それどころかチェックアウトの際にはゴミさえも自分で集積所に捨てて綺麗にして出ていかないとペナルティが課される、と言われるなどずいぶん条件が違うと思いました。 また冷蔵庫がなかったのは不便でした。 以上プラスマイナス相殺で"普通"のお勧め度とします。

キッチンが付いているような表記だったのに、ケトルとエスプレッソ用のコーヒーカップのみ。グラスすら無くて困った。わざわざここを選んだ意味がなかった。どこか共同で使える場所があったのかもしれないけど、フィットネスとプールの説明はあったが、キッチン等の説明はなし。部屋は広いし綺麗だけど、情報をちゃんとして欲しい。

駅からの道が工事中の場所もあったからか少々暗め。遅くなってからの到着には不安かも。施設自体はとても良かったです。

Très propre et très bon isolation. Même si l'hôtel est bien situé et avec du passage, on entend aucun bruit... Aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Aussi, j'ai extrêmement bien dormi, les oreillers et matelas sont au top. La seule chose un peu ennuyeuse est la connexion de la TV qui est capricieuse. Je reviendrai.

Las habitaciones/apartamentos están bastante bien, no son demasiado grandes pero tienen de todo y suficiente espacio.

Le ménage au sol et les draps sont absolument à revoir.

Propre. Bien placé. Chambre bien pensée. C'est un hôtel agréable et nous n'avons pas subi de dérangements sonores.

I did expected better but I was so disappointed starting at the check-in process (too long ) long waiting period, long line and one one staff, no AC in the small waiting room. We got to room ,no towels ,the staff came later on to drop the towels, opened the door without knocking first. Poor customer service overall! Mediocre facility.

Appart hotel vraiment beau , calme , propre, mais une chaleur dans la chambre ,impossible de baisser puisque la chambre nest pas équipé de clim , juste un ventilateur avec minuterie , de ce fait j'ai tres mal dormi

Personnels super gentils

Nous avons adoré ce sejour et ce petit moments détente dans une piscine chauffer a bonne température. De plus on a pu emmener notre chien c'était plutôt cool. Quant au personnel jour comme de nuit ils ont été formidable vraiment à l’écoute et pleine d'attention, ce qui n’ai pas toujours le cas dans d'autres hôtels.

The hotel is dirty and run down. I was very surprised, as the reviews were pretty positive. When I checked in I had to have my room changed because the bed was broken. There were two huge metal bars sticking out from under the headboard. There were supposed to be table tops to make end tables on either side, but the tops were missing. There was also a hole in the wall. The headboard for the bed was covered with some sort of hardened crusty fluid that the manager brushed off as “product” the new room was “better” but all of the dishes and silverware were covered with hard food stuck to it from some previous guest. The glasses were stuck to the shelf by something very sticky. Not once in my 4 day stay was my room cleaned, garbage removed, or fresh towels provided. Oh and the room overlooked a homeless tent camp which had once been a park (although I can’t really fault the hotel for that) It was technically an inexpensive stay, but I can’t help feeling like I over paid. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
