Very bad smells in bathroom. Floor was not clean.

Very noisy at night. Unhelpful check-in staff re bags.

Prettige ontvangst door Daniël. Inventaris/ uitrusting, zoals koffiezetapparaat, pannen, kookbenodigheden en bijv. een fles water bij ontvangst ontbraken of was minimaal.

The apartment was very central but in a pedestrian area so the taxi could not leave us that close. The apartment itself was v comfortable. But dealing with the company who rent it was not totally satisfactory. I needed to make several phone calls and requested express check in which was offered but the documents were never e mailed to me. I also got contradictory e mails telling me my payment had not gone through which was unduly upsetting and unsettling. Directions could have been less confusing. Once I got to the office I had to climb two flights of stairs to collect keys luckily I was not travelling alone and had someone to mind the bags while I did so. I was told it was 10 mins walk to the apt. A bit misleading especially over cobblestone streets!

Good location and good apartment.

Malaga and Cathedral 1 we're a joy and wonderful. Walking through out our week long stay was fabulous. We highly recommend both the City and H2M apartments. Great experience. Thank you so much. Pat & Alan

Being charged £30 for late arrival no fault of ours and also being charged£45 for cleaners etc when we did not see them and only had towels changed once,nothing was cleaned.

Fantastic city centre apartment. We were greeted at the check in location, just 6 mins away from the apartment with a lovely glass of fizz and a warm welcome from Dani. A fantastic stay in a beautiful place. Would definitely use this company again.
