Helpful staff and central location.

The location of the hotel/apartment was excellent—right in the city center. At first glance, the bathroom seemed fine, but on closer inspection there were some issues, such as water leaking onto the floor and dripping from the water heater. Overall, it did not feel very professionally finished. That said, this did not ruin the great experience we had in Naples or the feeling of being right in the middle of everything. If you don’t mind some noise in the evening and at night from people going out and nearby bars and restaurants, Il Tesoro is a great place to stay.

Central location in Naples. Clean room. The shower and toilet leaked water all over the bathroom floor and we were told this is “normal”. Having a constantly wet bathroom floor was unpleasant. Staff were helpful and overall it was a nice enough place to stay and the location was great.

We spent one night at the satellite location in a "family room". It was much bigger than anticipated and very comfortable. There were several nice restaurants and wine bars on the street. It was near many of the famous pizzerias and Spaccanapoli. The satellite location is a bit more like an Airbnb, with 3 suites in a building that has a common courtyard. It was a bit confusing getting access, but the staff was great and responsive about answering all of my questions. I was able to work it out that we checked in electronically (paying through a payment app and sending our passport pictures), thus we were able to go directly to our satellite location, saving the several block walk.

Very impressed with the property, location, and friendly was of the staff. We will be visiting here again on our next trip!

The room we had was really nice and despite its very central location, it was very quiet inside.

The room was clean, the staff very friendly and courteous. Pretty good breakfast to start the day. The hotel location is ideal because is close to the historic center and in the middle of a lot of attractions, bars, and restaurants.

Schedule of breakfast is late( 8 am).We have a tour at 7:30 and we were asking for just coffee but denied our request.

Nice hotel in good location for “historic Naples” Clean hotel with a decent breakfast. Road noise can be a nuisance. Great Staff Ravi and Frederica.

We like it a lot

Bra frukost, mycket butiker centralt. Om man har svårigheter att gå i trappor är det jobbigt att ta sig upp med bageri.

El hotel se ve recién remodelado, la habitación estaba muy muy limpia y amplia, todo funciona perfectamente. La chica en el front desk fue súper amable, incluso nos reservó un taxi para ir al aeropuerto a la mañana siguiente. El desayuno empieza a las 8 am, pero ya estaba servido para las 7:30, así que alcanzamos a comer algo antes de salir (gracias!). El único inconveniente es que hay unas escaleras para llegar el front desk por las que tuvimos que cargar las maletas. Fuera de eso, ningún pero... La zona está padre, puedes sentir el ambiente de Nápoles en cuanto pones pie fuera del hotel. Me volvería a hospedar aquí definitivamente! Lo recomiendo mucho.

Hotellet levede ikke op til mine forventninger. Det eneste positive er beliggenheden er god og rengøringen er fin. Morgenmaden er dårlig og hele ugen var de samme agurker på buffet selvom de var halvt rådne. Bruseren virkede ikke
