チェックインだけでも時間がかかりました。 あれこれ聞かれました。 いくら支払えばいいのか聞かれました。 幸い、料金が高かった時に支払いました。到着時間がもっと早かったら、ホテルで再度支払いを求められていたかもしれません。

Hotel bajet. Sesuai untuk kaki travel nak stay tak lama. Kebetulan dapat bilik kali ni ngam. Puas hati.

Bilik tidak diselenggara dengan baik, penutup flush tiada, cadar ada kesan darah, air conditioning tidak di-service

Housekeeping mungkin tak ada kat hotel ni kot, smpah McD siap bersemut bersarang dalam laci, sampah orang terdahulu okay . lampu lak color oren. lantai banyak pecah, katil jahanam. oyo tempat lain aku rasa lagi better.. yang okay cuma kawasan strategik tu je.. receptionist langsung tak mesra .

Bilik besar.tapi sejuk..ada aircond..ada kipas.toilet pun besar..cuma kena baiki lampu toilet..agak malap sebab pakai lampu kuning then siling toilet kena betolkan..mcm reput xde lift..tp ok la..sbb reception hotel dekat tingkat 1..tp banyak tingkat jugak..ade 3 kot..staff baik..best..dekat dengan tempat makan.mall..senang nak hdup😅

What to expect for a very cheap hotel. Noisy outside the room. Bedsheet got stain. No lift. Pity wheelchair guest and parents with baby. Only 3 channel tv. My experienced check out about 8.30 am no receptionist . I was screaming like hell calling the recptnist becs I was in rush to work, called all the numbers but doesnt pick up.if its not about the deposit i’ll just drop the key. Will not come back again

Strong smell of cigarette when I enter the room and it lingered until checked out time. The next level also smelled of smoking, I suspect the workers are smoking in the building eventhough there warning labels for the customer not smoking. Please improve this as I chosed yr hotel because it boasts of non-smoking and muslim friendly hotel.

Water pressure very slow. Shower broken and no place to hang towel inside bathroom.
