部屋のケトルが壊れてしまいました。交換をお願いしたのですが、スタッフは交換品はないと言いました。本当に腹が立ちました。116号室です。

ホテル周辺には飲食店がたくさんあります。プトラジャヤ周辺で会議やセミナー、講座などを開催する場合の短期滞在に最適です。Grabも簡単に見つかります。

クリニック、レストラン、ミニマーケットなど、周辺には多くの施設があります。

寝室とバスルームは清潔です。しかし、床がとてもベタベタしていました。洗剤を使いすぎていると思います。

Lokasi hotel yang strategik. Banyak pilihan kedai makan & boleh diterokai dengan hanya berjalan kaki. Berdekatan juga dengan parkir awam yang banyak. Kemudahan yang disediakan juga memuaskan hati kecuali lantai bilik air yang licin (mungkin sedikit berlumut), sinki tersumbat dan kepala paip yang sudah rosak.

Great with basic amenities. No fridge though. However, room size is decent. Thanks.

The room was clean and quite spacious.

I can hear every sound made by occupants of the adjacent room, chatting, chair dragging, toilet flushing etc. Other than that its not a bad hotel.

Cadar ada spot kotor. Lantai melengas, lampu, meja, kaki meja berhabuk tebal. Lantai & dinding tandas kotor. Tuala hotel lebam. Dinding hotel amatlah nipis, jiran besembang perlahan pun boleh dengar. Hotel asalnya cantik, location ok tapi sayang tak maintain kebersihan. Tiada parking hotel, cuma ada parking awam jadi amatlah susah untuk dapat kotak parking.

I love staying in this hotel. 5 star for decoration and cleanliness. Even though it is one of the budget hotel but the hotel provide elevator to facilitate the customers. The only thing that I don't like is the parking area was always full and I need to park little bit far away from the hotel and have to walk about 300 m to the hotel. But, overall I satisfied with this current stay. Thank you.

Should be improve the service and attitude of staff, they seems like lazy to do work.

Accommodation look like in the picture. Air condition, water heater no problem. Room look like new. Just the television you need to ketok2 a little to have a vision. Overall satisfied for my stay at 3 nights. Location strategik to store like speedmart and mydin and food at night like roti canai.

Bilik selesa, bersih, staff okay, Kawasan selamat. Cuma bilik 102 tu ade leak kat ceiling. Tak pasti air dari mana. Harap bole repair lepas ni. Thank you

Pro: Nice hotel, cheap, the room is clean, wifi OK, near the eateries, atm, groceries, etc … the surrounding is not too crowded and I like walking around near the hotel, provide a prayer mat for Muslim, fast check-in process, but you should prepare rm 50/night for deposit. Con: no slipper inside the room, no floor mat, and no refrigerator, the access card has blocked at the day we checked out even though we has not been checked out yet, so I couldn't enter my room after having breakfast near the hotel and should ask the hotel staff to unblock the card.
