Staf ramah, kamar bersih, semua oke. Akan kembali dalam waktu dekat.

Kamarnya sangat nyaman sekali. Kecuali letak AC nya agak tidak pas. Suami saya keringetan terus pas tidur. Tapi breakfast-nya enak sekali! Swimming pool-nya bersih. Pasti akan balik lagi for sure.

Zen place to stay in Pererenan area, nice pool, great food, awesome yoga session.

The room was well decorated and the staff are really friendly. But we had a trouble with a leak from the bathroom in the night. We found out that the manager had already left so the housekeeping staff had to take care of it but it looks like the management is not used to handle this kind of issues properly. We thought we would be offered to switch room but they said the hotel was full booked. They only managed to solve the leak by shoving towels on the bathroom door. But luckily we only stayed for a night and we didn't use the shower again after the incident. Although the interior is eclectic, the materials for the decoration such as the woods are of low quality, I think. Because the sliding doors don't slide properly, and the bed frame would squeak when we move around. So far it was an average experience.

Best Hotel in Canggu ever. I got a villa with best view like what I said at special request when I booked this villa ….

This hotel is worth every penny. it located near the Pererenan beach (2min walk) and surrounded by nice restaurants in the walking distance (arte, monsieur spoon, honey, etc). The staffs were great and helpful. this hotel might not suitable for elderly.

Saya suka lokasinya. Berada di wilayah canggu yang masih asri dan tidak macet. Dekat dengan pantai. Disekitarnya banyak cafe atau restoran. Pelayanan pegawainya juga ramah. Terkait konsep hotelnya, balik lagi ke selera masing-masing. 1. Saya datang sore hari, saya fikir bisa istirahat, ternyata di lantai 1 sedang ada acara lelang tanaman, sangat bising dan ramai. Sangat terdengar ke kamar saya di lantai 2. 2. Malam hari nya saya juga tidak bisa istirahat, ternyata hotel ini terbuka untuk umum kolam renangnya, dan malam itu ada sekumpulan pengunjung yang sedang ulang tahun. 3. Posisi kolam renang berada tepat diatas balkon kamar. Konsep kamar adalah terbuka. Bahkan kamar mandinya semi terbuka. Sangat terlihat ketika kita mandi dari kolam renang. 4. Konsep didalam kamar di hotel ini juga terbuka, kamar mandi hanya dilengkapi dengan pintu kaca yang sangat bening. Tidak disarankan bila membawa keluarga/orang tua/ rekan kerja/anak-anak. Saya sejak awal meminta untuk dipindahkan ke lantai 3, dengan alasan bising tadi, tapi saya justru disarankan pindah ke tipe kamar lain yaitu vila dengan penambahan sejumlah uang. Saya tolak. Sedangkan untuk masalah kamar mandi, akhirnya diselesaikan dengan memasang kain dengan paku di dinding kamar mandi. Menurut pegawainya, hal ini sering dilakukan. Saya akhirnya ditawarkan voucer spa sebagai kompensasi bising tadi.

Stayed both in Villa and room. Prefer the room better. For this price, the room is magnificent. Big window, spacious room, complete with ofuro that can even fit 2 people. No issue in the facility/batch experience. For some people perhaps feels “naked” in the shower area, but in our case, not much guest around so it’s just nice. Villa is more spacious but feels dark, and dusty on the floor, we used slippers all the time. Shower area is sandy, and the water clogged. Don’t like that the most. Oh, and the pool in the villa is pretty but I don't feel save dipping in it as it is too mushy. Will come back for sure but to the room instead :) Staff are ok, butter only up to 7/9PM. Close to all food recommendations.

Nice look of the hotel and staffs are very nice, but surprise fees upon check in and other concerns ruined it. Asked for IDR 700K per baby per night because the place is not safe (their explanation). They said they emailed (they did not) and said it is written in hotel info (it is not and only now states accepts guest min 12 years old). I get they want to let it be more of a couple hotel but great way to not communicate. And regarding safety, yes it is not safe even for adults..stairs are high incline..railing on upper level is lower than waist and there are spaces where there is no railing at all, balcony cannot be locked so people can enter easily. Read in Tr**Advi*** of a guest slipping also near the pool because the texture is not safe. Also hot water didn't work first day, hot water did work on second day but it was scolding hot and we turned on cold water only and it was also red hot. So hope these notes are useful to anyone wanting to book here.
