The hotel hallways and rooms, were spotless. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and although we were a bit concerned about after hours check-in using a lock box to get room key, details provided were excellent and access was seamless. It has a great location, and despite just off main avenue, it was very quiet. This is a 3-star property meaning there are no extra amenities like restaurant, gym or pool so wouldn't recommend for families with kids. It's good value for someone looking for quiet, basic services with spotless clean facilities. We are a couple and were looking for a clean, basic spot in great location with good sleep a priority - it fits that bill.

Very good stayed hear several times

The hotel is poorly advertised - the staff were kind but the hotel is nothing like the pictures. It’s a sketchy building in a sketchy small street. Claiming they have “partial seaview” is a joke. There is no elevator and no airport shuttle service, as indicated on the ad

My flight got cancelled and I had to book very last minute and the staff accommodated with the request right away. Room was spotless, and staff was very friendly. They helped us leave our luggage while we wait for our flight.

Noise was ridiculous from the bar next door - didn’t sleep until it stopped at 2am. Nobody on reception from 4pm until 8am the next day if you did need anything. Noise from other guests also unacceptable and extremely loud. Absolutely would not recommend.

Recently stayed at the hai hotel, the location is unbeatable central to all bars, restaurants and beaches. The hotel staff are absolutely amazing! Nadia and narcisse were super helpful with anything we needed from booking taxis for us to recommending places to go. We will certainly be going back to stay there again! Check in and check out was also very easy even leaving in the early hours. Room was cleaned every day and fully stocked also. Loved it! Thank you ladies!

Best little hotel in Larnaca!

Great stuff and nice owner

Practically across the road to the beach and one shop behind Finikoudes. Very clean. Aircons give plenty of heat for the colder Jan and Feb evenings. Great location but might be a bit noisy in the summer season.

We went to larnaca and stayed at hai hotel. The hotel is at the middle of the bech avenue Finikoudes. The room was clean and the service was very good. Nadia at the check desk give as best experience.
