Everything was tidy and well maintained.

This property is NOT a true 2 bedroom. One bed is in a den area with no enclosure/door/wall, and is right next to the kitchen. The door to the only bathroom in the unit is also a foot away from the bed. Midnight washroom users can tickle the toes of people in the bed! Water in the shower does not get hot enough. It’s barely warm enough to stay in, but nowhere near hot enough for a relaxing shower. Washroom and kitchen faucets got up to proper temperature, just not the shower head. This management company also makes you prepay $500 as a damage deposit and does not refund it until 2 weeks after the end of the stay - way too long. I indicated 2 people were staying in the unit and expected 2 sets of keys. Only one set was provided and another set could be given for a $50 fee (non refundable). Strongly discourage business travellers and those who need privacy from booking this unit. Get a hotel or another condo, the hassle of the money saved is not worth it here.

The check in process is a bit difficult. Meaning the keyless entry screen doesn’t work super well. I have stayed here twice and I love the building and rooms, but, both times I needed tenants to help. The screen needs a certain touch and the tenants advised that using keys works best (the tip of the key).

À notre arrivée, les instructions reçu par courriel, n’étaient pas claires pour la prise de possession et l’accès à l’appartement. Le gardien à l’entrée a essayé de nous aider. Il était mentionné de faire un code pour entrer dans l’appartement mais au final celui n’avait pas de clavier. Juste une serrure et l’appartement était déverrouiller à notre arrivé sans surveillance… nous avons dû payé pour le stationnement intérieur qui a été disponible seulement le lendemain. Encore lá, instructions pas claires pour s’apercevoir que nous avions seulement accès à ouvrir une porte piéton car il nous manquait une télécommande pour ouvrir la grille de sécurité de la porte de garage. Donc nous avons dû attendre qu’un résident entre et sorte pour pouvoir entrer et sortir du stationnement. Belle perte de temps… la télévision n’avait aucun poste de télé fonctionnel à part la possibilité de s’abonner à Netflix, YouTube,etc… manque de papier hygiénique, manivelle de fenêtre brisée , support à serviette qui veut arracher du mur de la salle de bain. Le secteur est vraiment rempli de personne sous l’effet de la drogue. Notre fils avait peur car pour sortir du garage ou de l’entrée principale, c’est impossible de ne pas croisée au moins 2-3 personnes totalement gelé et inconscient debout au beau milieu de la rue ou de l’entrée. On aurait dit être dans un film mais c’était réel. Et pour finir , on nous a exigé de payer pour une personne aditionelle alors que nous avions déjà payé pour une de plus.

This was a really great corner apartment that matches the pics and was fully stocked. Comfortable and safe. Check in was super easy. Views of downtown were incredible. Didn’t get to check out the lounge and gym maybe next time. Wifi was on point. Loved my time here.

The only thing we didn’t like is that it started snowing late in the evening. Therefore they started cleaning the sidewalk at 4 am. We did not feel it was next. Extremely noisy

Nice & close to the Saddledome . Condo was clean and comfortable. Good value , I would definitely stay here again .

The apt wasn't cleaned properly. Floors weren't washed, carpet was disgusting. Need looked like it had been slept in so I pulled back the sheets and found at least 15 long, dark hairs. Hair in both bathrooms, old coffee in maker which was so gross. Bathmats had crusty toothpaste on them. Urine on the back is toulet.I had to wash sheets, towels, etc at 1am so I could feel comfortable sleeping in the bed.

This is an apartment building- which I was aware of… photo’s of valid government ID with selfie needed for each person staying -Asked numerous times. Vehicle information sent numerous times. $500 deposit per person paid prior to stay or no access code to get in building. Still had problems as the wrong code was emailed to us. If you breath too loud DD not refunded… Never again!

We enjoyed the views from our suite and the location was very convenient. The condition of the unit left much to be desired. The furnace air filter was extremely dirty, as was the cupboard it was in. The carpet must have been original to the unit when it was built and was very worn and not clean. The kitchen was extremely unclean: the oven looked as though it had never been cleaned and the stove top had a burnt on crust around each burner. Counter tops felt greasy and there was no lighting in the corner where the sink is. I could go on, but this will give you an idea.

The view was great, but the bathrooms were not clean, hair on the floor, tub dirty, poor communication for check in….

Everything was just perfect!!!!

The property was amazing but there were some dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a broken glass in the cupboard which could have been dangerous

Facility was fantastic.

They took 500$ from the deposit and charged me 90$ with a explanation that their carpet got dirty and needs deep cleaning and even send me a picture of it and you won’t believe that there wasn’t even a single mark and might be before from our stay but they put it on me…and who charges 90$ for a carpet cleaning that might hardly cost the same

Was a great place to stay easy access to McCleod Trail and underground parking was nice. Easy walking to 17th and downtown, some stores available within the block. Was a quiet building and apartment is well stocked and comfortable.

Good location. Convenient layout for people looking for longer term stays. Beds were not comfortable and pillows were awful. Lots of clean linens and towels. Way more convenient to just stay at a hotel; there were so many steps to check-in, emails with rules and “must do’s”l, extra paying of $500 deposit, having to enter/exit several times with bags because the elevator doesn’t go down to the parking level in the parkade, so you have to take stairs or walk around several loops. Say yourself the hassle and book a real hotel.

The property itself was gorgeous; but the communication was terrible and unprofessional. We did not receive our check in information until the last minute (after multiple phone calls). They also state that is sleeps 4, we had 4 people and then received a notice that there would be a $20/person charge for two people. This wasn’t stated when booking.

Great location. Last minute check in was a bit of a hassle but that was me not reading the information. Great place. Great location. Great service.
