リドー駅からは意外と遠く、近くに停まるバスがやや少なかったのは少々戸惑いました。本数は少ないですが、近くのバスに乗れればとても便利です。ノートルダム大聖堂やバイワードマーケットは徒歩圏で便利です。受付は２４時間対応で助かりました。ジムも便利でした。少々距離がありますがスーパーマーケットも徒歩圏で助かりました。

The property itself was nice and fairly central. However, near the hotel there are two missions which attract a lot of homeless people and drug addicts on the street. I was told by Ottawa residents that just one block over the area is not safe at night.

This is a great hotel, very clean, great breakfast, etc… However it’s located right across the street from a homeless shelter and not so good neighborhood.

No parking available at the property, unsafe area.

If your car is a pickup truck or a large SUV, please don't consider this place. If you are traveling with women or children, please don't choose this place. The curves in the underground parking lot are not suitable for large cars at all, and it is easy to scratch Across from the hotel is a gathering place for homeless people. Imagine your children passing by there

Good service, price was reasonable and walking distance from everything. Only downside is that the parking is not included and so be charged extra per night.

Hotel was fine. Staff were good. Room was clean. ByWard market was nearby with lots of bars and dining options. Downtown Ottawa was an easy walk away. The area opposite the hotel was a little run down though and there were some strange characters hanging around a community centre opposite.

The room was very nice; clean, large with 2 queen beds, an area outside of the bathroom with additional mirror and shelf, habdy for preparing oneself while the bayhroom is in use. The location is very good. Easy to find and close to the main access route into Gatineau. Walkable to all locations in about 15 minutes to ByWard, Parliament and Fairmont Chateau Laurier. Only minor negative is the shelter across the road for the homeless/needy.

Nice hotel with fitness room and pool. Everything is clean.

Hotel was great and staff was great but just area near that hotel wasn’t safe to walk around after 8pm but we spent fun time at the hotel

The property itself was good. The hotel was well maintained, staff was reasonably pleasant and the facilities are good. However, be aware that it is in a bit so great location, across the street from a shelter and a lot of homeless people wandering the area. Police showed up nearby twice during my stay. To top it off, parking is limited and there was no on site parking available, so I had to park about ten minutes away from the hotel. The whole experience wasn't horrible, but it was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is nice but not as close to ByWard Market as I hoped. The location is in an area full of homeless people. There is some kind of shelter across the street and people either high or drunk wandering the streets.

Our check-in was quick and informative. The room was clean and spacious
