They are good at their business. Perhaps more initiatives by top management are needed.

Front desk and room service need improvement . The coordination between departments needs to be better.

The property is new and clean. The staff was extremely helpful although no hot water was available early in the morning and the phone line to contact the lobby was not working either. Overall, wonderful stay for one night although, it can be improved.
