We very much enjoyed everything about our stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The room was large and very clean and pleasant. Breakfast featured an extensive menu of both Chinese and Western fare, including eggs, bacon, fruit, a selection of meat and cheese, pasta, and an attractive offering of pastries. The swimming pool and sauna were a great pleasure. Before checking out we had afternoon tea in the beautiful lobby to top off an excellent experience. English was also spoken at the front desk, which was very helpful. Overall, this stay was a highlight of our trip. We highly recommend this hotel.

It was a wonderful experience to travel in Ningxia and stay in Sheraton Yinchuan Hotel with my family. The hotel is magnificent, looks like a castle, it is easy to recognize from the outside. Location is convenient, we took 30 mins from airport by taxi, hotel staffs are friendly, room is big and clean, breakfast is very rich. And we booked 2 days tour, it was memorable experience, first time to the desert and rides the camel. Highly recommended!

酒店硬件不错，住的舒服。只是服务这块有待加强。 前台预订两件房间，其中有一间的房卡无法开门，电话沟通还让用户下去更新，不合理。后来要求让服务员上来开门，等待较长时间，用户感觉不好。 另外，可能是因为在hotels预订的，更新了价格之后，酒店没有及时更新价格，还是按照原价收费了。到现在也没退回，感觉就是酒店和平台都不管了。
