Chambre propre, facile pour se garer. Accès facile pour les transports

During the night, the air conditioning repeatedly turned itself back on even after I switched it off several times. The room became extremely cold, and I was unable to get a proper night's sleep. When I reported the issue the next morning, it was fixed immediately. While I appreciated the quick resolution, I had already lost an entire night of sleep. What disappointed me most was the lack of any apology. The staff member handled the issue in a cold and matter-of-fact manner, and I left reception without hearing a single apology. After I later submitted a complaint, the hotel claimed that an apology had been given and suggested that I may not have understood it because of the language. I find this difficult to accept. I lived in French-speaking countries for eight years and graduated from a French university. A simple apology is not something I would fail to understand. The hotel has since apologized in writing, yet it continues to deny that no apology was offered during our face-to-face interaction. That response has been more disappointing than the technical issue itself. After reading several other reviews, I also noticed a recurring pattern in which the hotel appears reluctant to acknowledge mistakes and instead offers explanations or shifts responsibility elsewhere. I hope my impression is wrong, but I have a feeling the response to this review may follow a similar pattern. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Habitación limpia pero solo limpieza cada 5 noches. Supongo que cada habitación era distinta. La mia tenía algún cubierto y cacerolas pero no platos. Tampoco tenía jabón o utensilios para limpiar lo usado en la cocina. Bañera de difícil acceso y poco papel WC. Habitación grande. Mucho espacio para ropa. Cama cómoda. Wifi bueno. Pequeña terraza amueblada. En los espacios compartidos se podría vigilar más la limpieza. Alguien perdió un bastoncito usado y estuvo en el suelo del pasillo todos los días. Pasillo que todos recorríamos porque daba acceso al resto del recinto. Horario cafetería un poco raro. Esperaba más interacción entre alojados.

The room was expected- for the money paid - so no complaints there Staff we dealt with were attentive and informative However within 2 hours of being a the hotel ( we were parked directly outside the front of the hotel ) Our van was broken into 90% of our luggage and personal items taken ( ruining the 2nd week of our touring break ) - and rendering the van unusable due to two windows being smashed (no way of securing the van overnight etc) Hotel acknowledged difficulties in the area and did advise no belongings on show - which all were heeded as locked in a rear -out of sight compartment not on show at all If you stay in this budget hotel be sure to park in the nearby multi story ( ridiculously expensive) this rendering the hub not good value overall

A localização é boa, proximo a estação central. Quarto grande com varanda. O serviço de café da manha estava inoperante.

Moisissures importantes sur le rideau de douche que je n’ai même pas osé tirer. Chauffe qui fonctionne à moitié j’ai eu froid tout le séjour malgré ma demande auprès de l’accueil. Une réservation pour un lit double mais c’était deux lits une place collés… Déçue

I had a great stay at Privilodges Le Hüb Grenoble. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice balcony and a small kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances. Although the property is not located right in the city center, it’s very close to the main train and bus stations, which makes arrivals and departures very convenient. It's possible to do an early check-in for a cost.

The washroom had a toilet with broken toilet seat and the hearer of the apartment was not working properly

The location was great and the price was right. Had everything I needed.

Rooms are a bit odd, seems like maybe this was an old parking garage that was turned into a hotel? Painted concrete floors and a bit of odd furnishings. Shower would not drain, room was clean, parking situation was ok but a bit tight. Good location next to train station and walkable to many areas of the city.

Accueil très bien. Confort sommaire mais propreté. Petit déjeuner buffet très moyen (œufs brouillés froid, charcuterie bas de gamme, café insipide)
