清潔、交通の便が良い。

部屋は狭いが、使いやすくモダンな室内で快適でした。空調が効かなかった。Wi-Fiコンセントもありますが、冷凍庫はありません。

TGVの駅から川と橋の景色を眺めながら徒歩10分程度、旧市街にもすぐアクセスできる、便利な立地。小規模ながらコスパの良いホテルで、なによりスタッフの方々がとても感じ良く接してくれました。もう1泊してフレンチバスクを巡ってもよかったと思いました。

レセプショニストやレストランのスタッフが機転がきいてよかった

新しいモダンな建物、内装。 プチバイヨンヌの便利な場所にある。 冷蔵庫とバスタブがないのが不便といえば不便だがシャワーブースは快適。最初から納得して選んでいるので問題なし。コンシェルジュに長距離タクシーなどの手配を依頼、迅速に対処してくれて助かりました。

とてもスタイリッシュで衛生的。 居心地の良いホテルでした。 ずっと居たいほど。

The location of this hotel, but everything else is pretty disappointing - the bed sheets were not fully dried and smelled bad - the bathroom smelled really bad. strong sewage smell. hotel knew this issue but never fixes it ( - the hotel staff are not professional and not kind…do not want to raise the examples as I do not want to remember the experience I would say this is not a 4 star hotel at all, wasted my money and could not sleep well. Really don’t recommend this place although the location is pretty good. Not worth the cost.

旧市街の中心的なエリアにある市場も近い。周囲にはレストランやショップも多いので、観光には最適なロケーション。食べていないが朝食も美味しそうだった。部屋も機能的で居心地良かった。

設備が新しくて機能的で快適なホテル。スタッフも親切で感じが良い。近隣にはレストランやショップが多く、非常に便利なロケーション。バーで氷ももらえて助かりました。

L’hôtel est sympathique et la chambre était très confortable, ce qui nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour. En revanche, quelques points mériteraient d’être améliorés pour un établissement 4 étoiles. La salle de sport est vraiment très petite (moins de 10 m², soit plus petite qu’une chambre), avec peu d’équipements, et la climatisation n’y fonctionnait pas. C’est dommage qu’elle ne soit pas davantage à la hauteur du standing annoncé. Par ailleurs, le service de chambre manquait parfois de rigueur. Chaque jour, il manquait quelque chose : les serviettes, le café, le gel douche ou encore le papier toilette. De plus, les tasses à café n’étaient pas systématiquement remplacées ou lavées. Ces différents détails n’ont pas gâché notre séjour, mais ils sont regrettables pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Nada a acrescentar. Faltou informar que na sema pré festa há poucos lugares para estacionar. Porém fomos muito bem atendidos pela recepção do hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to walk to all the great restaurants and bars nearby. I was in for one night and could have easily have stayed longer.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je vais au Koegui, et je n'ai jamais été déçu. Accueil au top, chambre très propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Salle de bain top, wc séparés. Emplacement très central pour aller se balader dans Bayonne, restaurants à proximité. Je conseille vraiment cet hôtel, et suis certain d'y retourner prochainement.

Great place to stay. Petite Bayonne neighborhood has LOTS to offer within walking distance! Great shops all along the streets that aren't just t-shirts and magnets. Cafe after cafe with many food and drink options. Museum right across the street. Parking lot a few blocks away that is not expensive. Rooms nice and a quiet area! Wnjoyed our stay!

The suite was very nice. Everything about the stay was very nice. I just wish they have a refrigerator in the suite.
