Petit dej tout a fait correct

Nous sommes arrivées en journée et tout s'est bien passé. Nous ne somme restées qu'une nuit mais tout semble ok.

Hôtel pratique et fonctionnel. Tarification raisonnable.

Nous avons passé de nuit dans cet hôtel en famille trois se trouvait au rez-de-chaussée 2 au 3e étage. Après discussion nous avons préféré le troisième étage que le rez-de-chaussée moins bruyant possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres et climatisation qui ne fuit pas contrairement à la chambre au rez-de-chaussée. Sinon très bonne accueil avec des chambres et des salles de bain propres ce qui est agréable.

Pas de papier WC à l'arrivée. Bruyant Pas de réassort au petit déjeuner à 8h30 (plus de salade de fruits ni de croissants) Lit dur qui m'a donné mal au dos.

Les wc n'avaient pas été nettoyés..... aussi sales que certains dans les espaces publics !!

The hotel was okay. The room was a decent size, although the bathroom was tiny (in contrast to the hotel photos). The hotel had a small bar and restaurant. It is situated quite close to the city centre but has limited parking. What significantly lets down the hotel are its reception staff who were rude and unhelpful both at check-in and during the few other occasions we sought their help. We were allocated a room which had not been cleaned and we were subsequently told we’d have to wait for the cleaning, and they wouldn’t be able to say when that would be. We complained and only then did the receptionist reluctantly check, to find that there were in fact 2 rooms ready. We were also told that on street parking was paid for, when it was actually free, though very limited in the area around the hotel.

The place was convenient for what we needed for one night. The hotel is obviously in an area that is getting a makeover as the surrounding area was rundown and space in front of the hotel in need of some TLC. Staff were great and very helpful and the breakfast offered was good. Our room was comfortable and pleasant and the overall facilities very good.

Un accueil très froid. Le diner très médiocre: je voulais une noisette de beurre sur les pâtes, il fallait payer un supplément. Le four était en panne, il aurait mieux fallu fermer le restau ce soir-là. La chambre:très bien. Au départ, une personne chaleureuse.

Très bon séjour, et pas mal de choses à découvrir aux alentours, restaurants, visite de la gare de Limoges, le parc... Très ravie du séjour.

On arrival all seemed ok but as we got into the room we thought we had come to a hostel we were there to have our daughter cremated and the staff who did not know why we were there were so abrupt rude and and at one point the chef who was serving us a drink got very aggresive we got shouted at for just going in to see what the breakfast was like and outside the hotel were smashed plates that were there for our whole stay clearly they do not care for there ibis company name i would avoid like the plague and i will never consider staying in an ibis hotel again

Très bien. L'accueil, la disponibilité du personnel, la chambre et excellent petit-déjeuner.
