Had a wonderful stay at Ethel Cozy Suite. The apartment is humble, cozy, and very clean. It felt comfortable and welcoming, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The unit was well-maintained, tidy, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the check-in and stay process. Great location, comfortable environment, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for families and groups visiting Cameron Highlands. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of three only stayed for one night, but we would have been comfortable on a longer stay. Wendy and Jason were superb communicators and were very helpful with a later checkout when we made the request a day ahead. The apartment is well-furnished, including flip-flops for use in the bathrooms. Check-in, as well as everything else, was clearly explained and the process was a breeze. We would highly recommend this apartment for its comfort, cleanliness, convenience and great hosts.

Clean, IKEA look, comfortable for a family to eat, sleep and play, spacious, enough amenities for a few days. Complicated check in for older people who are not digitally savvy.
