食事が美味しかったです

プールもキレイでスタッフのみなさんも素晴らしい対応でした。

静かな環境ながら、便利なバスで周囲に気軽に遊びに行ける上、徒歩圏内も飲食店やコンビニがあって快適でした。ホテル内レストランも良い感じでした。

시설, 호텔에서 연결되는 산책로는 아주 좋았음. 호텔 전반적으로 조용하여 지내기 좋음. 주차장도 한산하여 주차하기 좋음. VIP특권으로 식음료 20프로 할인 쿠폰 받았으나 본인에게는 별 메리트 없음. 익스피디아 VIP 룸업그레이드 특권은 제공하고 있지 않음. 분실물 발생하여 연락주신 직원분 감사합니다.

호텔로 들어오는 바다가 보이는 전경이 너무 예쁩니다. 왔다갔다하면서 늘 즐거웠어요. 호텔은 전반적으로 다 깨끗하고 분위기가 좋습니다. 침대와 침구가 좋아서 3박4일 내내 잘잤어요. 방에서 보이는 수영장과 바다뷰도 좋습니다. 다음에도 중문은 반드시 이 호텔에서 묵으려고 합니다. 온수풀은 생각보다 조금 작았지만, 따뜻하고 좋았어요. 입구 부분은 얕아서 어린이들이 놀기 좋겠지만 어른들은 수영할 공간이 좀 작습니다. play room이 있어서 pool game 했습니다. 포켓다이는 깨끗했지만 로비에서 따로 보관했다는 공이 너무 더럽고 오래된 느낌이어서 약간 아쉬웠습니다. 주변에 가볼곳이 많아서 호텔내에서 식사를 못해봤네요..다음번에 ^^

객실과 객실 사이 방음이 너무 아쉬웠습니다. 스위트 호텔이라는 이름에 어울리지 않았고, 일반 디럭스호텔보다 약간 큰 정도랄까…? 호텔 규모가 작은 탓인지도 모르고…

수영장 물은 따뜻해요. 다만 바람세기에 달렸어요

시설은 노후화라고 볼수있지만 그래도 깔끔하려고 노력한 흔적이 보임. 직원분들이 친절함. 시기가 맞아서 그런지, 작은 온수풀에 사람이 없어서 놀기 좋았음. 온수풀 앞에 술수있는 난로공간이 있던것도 매우 좋았고, 뷰도 좋고 바로앞에 편의점도 있고 산책로도 좋음. 회징실이 두개인것도 인상적.

The room was clean and antique. The staff were all kind and humane. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, the food was not salty and very delicious. The chef was the best.

Room needed serious renovations.

I am uncertain as to how to rate this hotel. One impression we had was that this hotel was understaffed and shorthanded. We arrived in the midst of a minor situation having lost some of our luggage on the way from the airport. With lots of help from someone in the bus terminal and a bit of coordination from the hotel front desk we located our luggage and formulated a plan for retrieval. This involved going to the bus station, about a 30 minute walk, relatively late at night. We were hoping the hotel might offer a shuttle van to help us get our luggage, which would have the proper response from a 4-5 star hotel, but they didn't. So we ended up walking. There were other similar instances where the service came up short, and it just felt like they were understaffed. The room itself was nice enough and featured a separate jacuzzi bathtub with a view of the pool/ocean. That was a nice touch. The outdoor pool was warm enough for winter swimming, as advertised, and this was also very pleasant. We tried the room service once, which was quite good, but expensive as other reviewers have noted. There isn't very much around the hotel in terms of shops or restaurants, but there is a convenience store almost across the street. This was super helpful. Overall, we might try this property again if we are in Jeju, but it might better to try a different property that might be better staffed.
