一人用に宿泊。デスクないしベッド近くに空きのコンセント部があると便利だった。施設の物の使用でコンセント空いておらず、どれかを外すしかなかった。他は特に問題ない。

フレンドリーなスタッフ、美味しい朝食、とても心地の良いホテルです。部屋からの景色も異国情緒あふれる素敵な景色でした。 地下鉄駅からすぐのロケーションで便利でよいのですが、私はちょっとわかりにくかったです。長いフライトの後でしたら有料ですが送迎サービスを頼むことをおすすめします。

フロントスタッフの方が皆明るく親切で助かりました。私の不慣れな英語に根気よく付き合ってくれました。変わった作りのおしゃれなホテルで、年配の方には階段もエレベーターも狭く、入り組んだ作りなので不便かもしれません。立地もよく、観光にも便利で良かったです！

とても良かったです。朝食もとても美味しいし、いつでもコーヒーなどを楽しめました。スタッフもとても親切で優しく、安心して過ごせました。 重い荷物を階段で運ばなければならないところが少しあったのだけが、困った場面でした。

3泊しました。立地は良く旧市街のどこに行くにも便利です。ブッフェの朝食も充実していますが、毎日ほぼ同じメニューです。外出はカードキーを持参して、自分で入り口を開錠して入るシステムです。

Good location, friendly staff

部屋は多少設備に古さを感じましたが、清潔です。スタッフはどなたも親切で明るかったですし、朝食もバラエティに富んでいてどれも美味しかったです。立地は最高によく、ほとんど徒歩で移動できました。

Really small space and old buildings though inner side is renovated. Staffs sometime are not at the reception so you should check how to enter the building before arrival. Also when you need to ask them to keep luggage, it would be better to ask in advance when they are at the reception.

サンベント駅からとても近く、最高の立地です。スタッフも優しく色々教えてもらいました。朝食もおいしかった！一点気になったのが、壁が若干薄いのか、隣の部屋での話し声と音楽が聞こえました。

Google mapに正しい位置が表示されず、場所がわからなかった。 エレベーターやバスルームはとても狭い。立地は最高。スタッフも親切。

The location is good near the station of Sao Bento, and explanation by staff was easy to understood.

We enjoyed our stay in Porto and especially our hotel experience. The room was a little larger than a common European room. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. One of the best advantages was the location. While it's on a fairly touristy street, the street is closed to traffic and was a great thoroughfare to wander. Breakfast was good and so convenient. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Porto.

Casa dos Loios is delightful. The location is right in the heart of things, easy to find your way around. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a lovely outside sitting area on which to eat. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, with good restaurant recommendations and help interpreting train schedules and directions. Would definitely stay here again should we be so lucky to visit Porto a second time!

We totally enjoyed our one night stay at your very unique hotel!! We were welcomed by Paula and Gabby!! Very helpful and Paula showed us the map with highlights marked for us. Gabby showed us around the premises and took our luggage to our room very fast!! Thank you girls. Also our hotel was a perfect location across the street from the train station we arrived. Superior værelse som var super fedt. God plads. Lille minibar til egne drikkevarer😉 Skøn morgenmad. Fantastisk beliggenhed midt på gågaden. Tæt på alting. Vi spiste på 2 restauranter, som den flinke receptionist havde anbefalet. Super godt.

The main issue with this hotel is that it is not a 4 star hotel. It is a guest house, masquerading as a 4 star hotel, and charging 4 star prices. It needs to be checked. On MAPS.ME it is listed as a "guest house." As a guest house, it was very good, and the location is excellent.
