人気レストランが併設されているためか、スタッフの方が忙しそうでした。 でも、フレンドリーなのでそれは良かったです。 早めに到着し、荷物も預かってもらえました。 ただ、トイレにトイレットペーパーがなかったのと、タオルセットが1人分足りず、それらをリクエストしましたが、忙しくてなかなか持ってきてもらえず、待ちくだびれて取りにいきました。 コンセントはやや少なめ。 エアコンはなく、ポータブルヒーターがありました。パネルヒーターが作動していないようで、明け方ポータブルヒーターを使いました。 エレベーターはないですが、小さなスーツケースで2階なので問題はなかったです。 街中のとても便利な場所にあるのは良かったです。

ホテルが親切でした

Nice room but unfortunately very poor parking. They were digging up Brecon high street which made it a bit inconvenient, but it was planned maintenance so just one of those things.

Clean rooms, close to everything

The general cleanliness and condition of this hotel was poor. The floor of the room was sloping and was quite dissorientating when walking into the bathroom. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was stained and looked unclean. The wastebin looked very poor with a rusted lid. Bathroom floor not very clean and the grouting was missing from the corners of the bath. The paint was peeling of the inside of the windowsill. In the room, the kettle was grubby and had to be washed before use, the glasses also had greasy prints on them and also had to be washed before use. The headboard was marked (small tears). The towels and bed linen were clean and we had a comfortable nights sleep. Certainly not worth the money we paid, and as it is, we cannot recommend staying here. On a plus, the staff were very polite and accommodating.

It is very pet friendly. The staff are welcoming and nothing is to difficult. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Really nice stay. The only downside was the 7 minute walk to the nearest car park. Not a big thing I know but further than I anticipated

Yes the room was clean and the staff very courteous. Room was at the top of the house and the stairs (for me) were difficult. My new knee aside we did ask for a double room but had to settle for twin beds. As I had already booked a room for April we did try to make some amendments but it seems like we will have to wait and see. Food was good though.

Cancelled room told not to turn up was told a refund would be processed and was not done! Took literally 30+ calls to even get an answer from the hotel. No help from hotel to arrange alternative accommodation. Would really recommend choosing somewhere else!!!!! Disgusting way to run a business!

Room was clean & comfortable

Great place to stay with dogs! Lovely walking areas within the location. Clean bedding and towels.

The radiator wasn't working,but the manager sorted that. The room was of good standard for the price. Breakfast was to order plus cereals etc. And under a tenner! I've had some terrible buffet breakfasts in hotels before. The only downside was I parked the car too far away in a public car park as there is no on site parking. I later found out there was a nearer car park, but mine was only about 10 minutes away. I expected more noise from outside at night, but wasn't disturbed.I always travel with an eye mask and earplugs just in case.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast

Upon arrival, no one escorted me to my room or even showed me where it was located. The receptionist simply pointed toward the double doors, leaving me to navigate the hotel on my own. When I finally reached the room, I discovered that the bed was broken—the mattress sagged heavily on the left side, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. There was no drinking water provided in the room, so I had to go back to reception around midnight to request some, and I was given only one bottle. The kettle in the room was also empty, which meant I had to fill it using water from the bathroom sink just to make a hot drink. Later that night, I ran out of basic supplies such as water and sugar, and once again had to call reception to request them. Overall, the experience was quite inconvenient and far below expectations.
