Mostly satisfied. My mobile is Japanese one, so I couldn't call by my phone. I had sent a message about this ploblem, but no reply. Luckily, one of customers helped me to call. Anyway, I enjyoed my stay.

Convenient location accessed from a non description door just down from Pizza express. Inside it's stark, light grey walls, no decoration, more prison-esque than relaxing retreat at the end of the day. Convenient for food and pubs and quiet it's in a good location. Clean inside, large bathroom with scalding hot water I reported as dangerously hot. There are better, nicer, and cheaper serviced apartments in Coventry city centre.

The apartment had everything i needed for a self catering stay. The kitchen is equiped and there are shops nearby. The location is central and it is easy to get around via public transport. The apartment was clean and the decor could do with refreshing but that did not ddistract from a good stay. I did have an issue durint my stay and that was sorted really quickly with good communication from the host and friendly onsite staff.

Basically like a air B&B self contained flats rented out by the university to take advantage of their extra capacity. It contains a kitchen/living facility, my room had 2 very comfy beds & 2 bathrooms. be advised these units are self catering Belgrade don't provide food but you have a one stop shop and a big sainsburys nearby if you need anything.

room was all nice and clean. But the bath water was not hot enough. It didn't make much difference with the booster switch

Nice simple stay in your own apartment

There was sufficient work and rest space, and all amenities were in place. It was close to transport and shops, a home away from home. But 10am check out time seemed a bit like jumping out of bed, straight to the street! And the check-in time is 4pm. It might work better for check-out time to be 11am, and check-out time, 3pm, like several other facilities. This is now my go-to place for stays in Coventry.

Great staycation.

I really enjoyed my stay at Belgrade. The location was perfect, it was within walking distance to an abundance of food and grocery options. The city center and mall were a short walk across the street. My 2-bedroom apartment was just as advertised in the pictures. I will most definitely stay here again when visiting Coventry.

The property had a terrible smell which i had to buy some air freshener to cover. The outside door would not close so the property was not safe. Bed was awful was equivalent on sleeping on some bricks. The heating would also not work. Will not recommend

It was good but there were hot water issues

Stayed one night, good communication with the host and great apartment.

The location was great and it was clean ( but smelt of cigarettes). The sofa and the bed were poor condition and very uncomfortable so not an idea space to relax in after a busy working day.

Heard good things about this property last year but the first morning we was half way through making food and all power went off so full day without power, they told us to tell the receptionist who was basically never there, then was stood on my own when a lot of people walked in and they decided to help them first when I was already stood waiting 25 minutes. We was meant to check out on the Monday morning but ended up leaving the Sunday afternoon as the power tripped again. We will be looking at staying somewhere else next year even if it means spending more money, beds weren’t too bad but only one pillow on each side of the bed we had to use our towels to help us sleep so would recommend people taking own pillows. I then got an email to say I could claim a 10% discount on our next stay which won’t be getting used

Apartment was extremely tired and needed to be aired on arrival as didn’t smell great. Beds were not very comfortable Easy check in and functional but would not use again.

Convenient for the city centre, perfectly adequate and everything you need for a short stay but a little basic. Few little marks butb otherwise very clean.

Very hard to fine.the name outside is completely different to name i was giving. Its redickless that to get in you have to phone a woman and she has to come to let you in. In my opinion three hundred for 2 nights was a bit overpriced.

Ideal location on the edge of city centre. Clean apartment, spacious and accessible. Belgrade Plaza Serviced Apartments is ideal for short family stays with the option to either eat out, order in or self-catering. Friendly staff who are hospitable and welcoming. You couldn't get this good of a deal at a hotel.
