セルフのチェックインですが連絡取れな過ぎで全くひどい物でした。最悪、部屋に入れない、出た後に戻れないような状態で、あわや路上でホテルに入れずに終わるかなという感じです。 部屋の備品は壊れているし、部屋の指定は曖昧で、別の部屋がメールに記載されているわ… 二度と使いません

ホテルへのリクエストを送っても返信が全くない。エクスペディアさんを間に入ってもらったのですが、エクスペディアさんも連絡がつかなくて困っているという感じ。その挙句、1週間前に予約した部屋はオーバーブッキングで泊まれないので、オーナーが他に所有するair b&b に載ってる部屋を準備すると言われたが、そこにどうやって行けばいいのかか尋ねても、何時に着くのか教えてほしいというメールしか来ないので話にならない。結局エクスペディアさんを介しキャンセルして他のホテルを渡航寸前に予約しました。実際にマナローラに行ってこの宿泊施設を見に行きましたが、確かに眺めは最高にいい場所に立ってます。

5 stars for the instructions, the host sent a video that was very helpful. We arrived at the room just before sunset and the view from the terrace was absolutely beautiful. We could only choose the room at the bottom of the stairs as the others were booked. Upon entering the room there was an immediate mold smell. Very strong. There are no doors or windows to open to the outside to air out the smell. We found the source of the mold was in the bathroom growing behind the sink. We were stuck for the night and tried to find other accommodation that did not have mold. The room was also advertised as a queen bed but it was only full size. We stayed out late and listened to the orchestra in the square to avoid the room as much as possible. We left very early for our drive to Milan and can not comment on the paid breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the amazing view! Monterosso is overrated. We loved our amazing cleaning lady who took on the role of our host and gave us so much advice. She welcomed us and showed us hospitality like an owner would! Thank you!💛

Keine Buchungsbestaetigung von Vermietern erhalten. Telefonnummer nur an der Tuere der Unterkunft nach 800 Meter Marsch mit Gepaeck...unangenehmes Telefongespraech mit Vermietern, welche behauptete, dass sie alles beantwortete in einer Email, welche mich nicht erreichte bis heute. Arrogantes Nehmen und auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert.

Best view in town Great location and beautiful clean bedroom. Rooftop common space is amazing with a great patio. We had a great time staying here.

Un très bon accueil agréable et serviable. Chambre famille sans fenêtre, grande et belle dans une cave voûtée. Le fait de ne pas avoir de fenêtre est largement compensée par une magnifique terrasse en rooftop accessible 24/24 idéale pour boire un verre ou prendre le petit déjeuner avec une vue splendide sur la mer.

It was an amazing place to stay. The view from our rooms and balcony were simply breathtaking. I would stay here again…in a heartbeat!

Sorry to report we were very disappointed, great view is the only reason this location gets a second star. We stayed one night, had two rooms in February. The rooms never heated up, we tried to get help with no luck. Was very clean either. Nobody there to check in and no one there to check us out. This location isn't certified to collect city taxes either, we checked as we tried to pay. Plenty of other places just as nice

住宿地點很不友善，需拖行李步行爬坡約20分鐘，停車場極不方便，飯店備品幾乎沒有，全程無接待人員，網站照片與實際落差大！建議毋須住宿在Manarola，改住宿在拉斯佩齊亞會更好，搭火車來回非常方便！

A bit difficult to check in and it’s all digital, but the room is okey

This is a great place to stay. We booked the room with the sea view. It was magical. Full moon on the horizon and watching the town waking up in the morning. The bathroom was spacious, with a great shower. Also, the bed was comfortable. It is only 5 minutes away from the main square. It you want a quiet town that is a great base to explore the other towns, I highly recommend staying in Manarola.

Listen to the staff when they say watch the video to get there because we had luggage and there is a way to get there without steps. Other than it being a little hard to find, it was perfect.

Our stay here was nothing but amazing! Tatiana was so nice and accommodating, the views were breathtaking from the balcony I enjoyed drinking coffee and watched the sunrise from up there.

The room was literally a basement w/o any view. We had to go DOWN 2 floors of very steep and dangerous stairs with luggage. This should be described to the guests BEFORE booking.
