The staff were amazing, the hotel is really nice and has great spa and amenities. The location is perfect, we had the perfect stay!

Overall this is a two+ star hotel. Showers were not clean, food well below expectations and restaurant did not feal clean, had to clean shower drainage ourselves as it was completely blocked and water ran all over hard beds. I would choose somewhere else.

Tolles Hotel, schöner Wellnessbereich, Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Skilift, leckeres Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Alles top wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The location is excellent — just steps from the ski lifts, close to cross-country trails, and near the local thermal spas. After a day outdoors, their on site jacuzzi and spa is perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte, ma abbiamo trascorso un eccellente fine settimana. Staff molto professionale e servizi ottimi. Ci ritorneremo certamente.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione davvero strategica, soprattutto se si utilizza la seggiovia Vajolet 1: comodissimo e ben collegato. La struttura è molto bella, recentemente ristrutturata e con ambienti accoglienti in tipico stile tirolese. Detto questo, è ancora evidente che l’hotel sia parzialmente un cantiere. I servizi in camera sono migliorabili: la biancheria da bagno è piuttosto scadente e la pulizia non è all’altezza del livello atteso. La colazione è buona e abbastanza varia, ma spesso le pietanze finiscono e bisogna attendere che il personale se ne accorga per il rifornimento. I succhi risultano molto dolci. La spa è solo parzialmente funzionante: dal sito ci aspettavamo una spa completa con jacuzzi panoramica, ma all’arrivo abbiamo scoperto che non era ancora operativa, cosa che ha influito sull’esperienza complessiva. In generale, il costo non giustifica la qualità del servizio attuale, che spero possa migliorare con il completamento della struttura. Con qualche attenzione in più, potrebbe diventare un ottimo hotel.

Very good hotel. Large room includes a sofa bed for a child if needed. Hotel is right next to the funicular to the mountain. On the other side there is a driver and entrance to the ski lift. Breakfast is very good and the prices for dinner at the hotel are reasonable. The ski resorts open this year on 5/12/25. Getting there is very difficult for those who are not used to driving in Europe. Make sure they come with snow chains and know how to use them!!!!

Da migliorare il servizio ai clienti nella sala ristorante magari con un accoglienza piu gradevole… Stanza fredda a seguito dei riscaldamenti chiusi di notte
