駅から思ったよりは遠くなく、とても快適でした。 スタッフも皆さん親切で過ごしやすかったです。 アメニティは石鹸、ボディーソープ、コットン、シャワーキャップがありました。 パジャマや歯ブラシはありません。 冷蔵庫もあるので買ってきたものを冷やすこともできます。 朝食の種類も豊富でハムやチーズなどもありとても美味しかったです。 次にローマに行く際もぜひ泊まりたいです。 It was clean and tge stuffs were kind. The breakfast was delicious and had many dishes.

Kind and friendly advise/answers to my inquiry helped me to stay at an unfamilier place. I felt relaxed at this hotel. I like morning coffee by asking "espresso or cappuccino". I would like to stay at this hotel again when I go to Rome. Thank you.

Perfect location, wonderful staff, nice breakfast, comfortable room.

I chose this place during our first night in Rome on NY’s eve knowing that it’s a short walk to Circus Maximus where party and fireworks are happening. The staff is friendly and helpful, willingly suggested places to dine etc. It’s the best spot for sure if you’re looking to party like locals on New Year’s eve. We even saw all the fireworks from our 3rd floor room - nice view. The room we got is quite small but it’s to be expected in EU in general. They do provide amenity kits which is quite nice. Breakfast selection is great - offering bread, pastries, cold cuts etc. Parking is available across the street from the hotel and I even saw a spot for an electric car.

Very welcoming - enjoyable stay

Hotel staff are very courteous. Nice environment, clean and close enough to all the places we wanted to see.

Clean and peaceful property in a lovely neighborhood, close to restaurants and sightseeing.

We have just returned from a wonderful 5 night family stay at the Sourire. It is well located with many of Rome's famous sights and attractions very accessible, and the Metro being just down the hill was very convenient for us to travel to the Ryder Cup. The rooms are spotless, and well appointed. Breakfast was of good quality and plentiful, and we appreciated the option to eat outside in the pleasant small garden. For us though it was the personal service offered by all the staff that sets this hotel apart as a gem, that we look forward to returning to. Grazie!

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff! The hotel was clean and in a very convenient location to Trastevere and Colosseum area! Great for walking to sights and restaurants. The bonus was the breakfast room with lots of choices of pastries and other breakfast items.

The property is very nice; loved the little garden for breakfast and then wine in the evening. Staff very helpful!

I can’t say enough about this wonderful property or its amazing staff! Cozy, clean and charming rooms and breakfast space. The staff really made our stay! Each of them went above and beyond to help us enjoy every moment of our visit. I broke my hand on a tour and got back to the hotel too late to eat anywhere near there and the night staff not only showed concern but put a yummy tray together for us and brought it up to our room within minutes! They answered all our many questions and provided us with great suggestions for restaurants and transportation. We hope to return to Rome in the future and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.
