amazing view from the rooftop terrace

駅からは遠いですが、観光名所を巡る拠点としては文句なしです。 チェックイン時間前の到着にも快く対応してくれ、お蔭で１日のステイでもローマを堪能出来ました。

新しいホテルなだけに設備は新しく綺麗で、スタッフも親切丁寧、やる気溢れる感じでした。ただ、少々掃除が甘いかな、という印象です。

Beautiful hotel very well located, only one downside is it only has one elevator for the whole hotel and the Oro Bistrot which make it a little inconvenient, other that that I don’t have any other concerns.

El hotel se encuentra en excelente ubicación, su personal siempre con excelente actitud y pendiente de nuestras necesidades, no único sería que las habitaciones son muy chicas y se reservó con dos camas u nos entregaron con una, por lo demás todo muy bien.

Hotel was in exceptional location surrounded by all the major attractions. The view was breathtaking even thou our room was only on the First floor. It was clean and fresh- nothing to complain about. Roof top bar had all sorts of drinks and as we sat at the bar the bartender kept offering us new cocktails to try. This hotel might be little pricey for some users but If You looking for new, fresh, spacious hotel with 10/10 location then it is place for You! I also want to say Thank You to the stuff that was very professional and polite- no request was too much for them! Well done. I hope we will be back here one day!

Top Hotel mit super Terasse.

Been to Rome many times and this hotel is one of the best. Get the room with the view and it’s incredible. Rooftop breakfast is the best. Best location too.

Our stay was great! The staff was friendly and very helpful. They helped with any questions as well as setting up transportation. The breakfast staff was truly so kind and the breakfast consisted of a variety of tasty options. Our room was very comfortable and the location was close to the colosseum.

No balcony as stated on booking and no hot water for over 6 hours on 7th December.

Customer service was awesome. Front staff Franchesca and Alexandra were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic even though it was not buffet as advertised. The location of this hotel is strategicly located close to everything.

The service was excellent. The rooms were very clean and the building was spectacular.

What a great hotel. The staff is very helpful and can’t do enough for you. The room was amazing as was the view!! This is the perfect location for seeing the sites around room by foot. The rooftop breakfast is a very relaxing spot in the morning and the Michelin rated restaurant at night was delicious. We stayed at their sister property in Taormina and had a great experience there as well. We are looking to stay again in the spring.

The AC didnt work and I paid $800 for the night. I AM VERY UPSET.
