The apartment, walkways, stairs , garden area and pool all excellent, clean and comfortable

The owners were excellent, the location of the property was superb, close to the beach and all amenities, the apartment was spacious, quiet and clean. The pool area was spacious with loads of sunbeds. The whole property was spotlessly clean.

The Super host Sonia and Sebastian were extremely helpful. Property in Pollensa was superb and just what me and family wanted. It's in the heart of everything but very private and quiet. The property was comfortable and spacious, and the pool was a lovely addition. We'll definitely be staying there again 😊Thank you

Great location and in a peaceful area. Close to everything you need. A short walk to the beach and the square. The hosts were lovely and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Accueil tres sympathique, calme de la residence et piscine ouverte de 9h à 21h super! Climatisation et ventilateur, salle de bain refaite à neuf superbe! Terrasse grande pour 4 très appréciable! Un tout petit bémol pour le lit d'appoint dans le salon, un matelas un peu plus épais aurait été bien, pour un enfant ça va mais un ado de 18 ans c'est un peu juste.

Logement bien situé dans une ville très agréable. La résidence est un peu vieillissante il n’y a pas la clim dans la chambre et la literie dans la pièce de vie n’est pas très confortable. Sonia et Sebastian sont très accueillants

Clean, basic apartment for good price, has everything you need. Great pool with plenty of sun loungers, excellent location- quiet but just 5 min walk from shops and restaurants. We had a lovely mountains view from our apartment. Was given map with all useful info at check in. There is a beautiful beach just 5 min walk from apartment. Not too overcrowded and great for kids. We have really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Llevant Apartments.

Et helt fantastisk godt sted i forhold til prisen. Supergod belligenhed i rolige omgivelser, men alligevel tæt på by og strande. Alt fungerede fint, nyrenoveret badeværelse og dejlig balkon. Vi nød rigtig meget, at hele familien kunne bo i samme lejlighed. Vi havde en fantastisk kommunikation med de søde været både før og under opholdet.

Tremendous value for money apartments close to the town centre and beach. ! bedroom with a decent living room and shower - newly refitted with a walk in shower. A well equipped kitchenette and a washing machine as well. The only downside is that the blocks do not have lifts. Very quiet at night.

No frills, comfortable accommodation, with good cooking and washing facilities. A quiet area but within a short walk of restaurants and beach. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. I'd stay again.

We have just stayed in Apr 2024 2 adults and 2 children (17, 14). Everything was in order and if we needed anything the two receptionists (who I'm not alleged to name) were always contactable. I'm returning in 2weeks with 3 male friends so we can cycle the area. The vicinity is quiet and safe and a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops beachfront (pinewalk)

We have just returned from a wonderful week away in our favourite resort of Pollensa. It was our first time staying at the property and we loved it. It was a 5 minute walk to the sea front and restaurants/shops and had a great pool area that the children loved. Sebastian and Maria were excellent and very helpful with any queries that we had. We were surprised that the apartment wasnt cleaned whilst we were there, but we managed to do this ourselves. Fresh towels were provided every 4 days but with a washing machine in the bathroom, we were able to freshen up beach towels etc if needed. We would absolutely stay here again.

A very nice appartement. Clean and very well appointed. Sonia was very helpful and a mine of information.

Sonia and Sebastian are lovely. They welcomed us, gave us maps, told us about the local markets, how the buses worked, recommended local eateries etc. lovely people. Pollensa is beautiful and we’ll be back.
