Generally a good hotel, well located for accessing Levi and the slopes. The 'premium' breakfast was good, although not amazing, and the spa/pool complex was a nice bonus, although we only made use of it once. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurants (specifically the pizza one) were excellent. Unfortunately we experienced noisy guests in the rooms on both sides of us, which we had to complain about. As for the family room we had, it was bright and clean, although the steep stairs to the mezzanine were treacherous, and the bathroom layout could have been better. All in all, we had a good stay that was marred by thoughtless guests in other rooms.

Great space, but too overloaded with kids obviously for Santa related activities. Wouldn’t recommend for a ski stay, but Levi’s skiing facility’s are amazing.

Suurin miinus oli että Wc:n ovea ei saanut kiinni ja koko kylpyhuone kastui suihkussa käydessä. "Lasten" parvelle oli jyrkät ja vaaralliset portaat. Kylpylään piti kävellä pitkä matka räntäsateessa. Aamiainen oli kuitenkin erinomainen!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Great location and excellent service — we are coming back.
