Hotel easy to find. Front desk very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Restaurant literally right next door.parking was right in front of the room.

The view from our room was exceptional. Staff and owner Paul of New Deep Dive restaurant/bar are wonderful helpful fun people which is on site. New Deep Dive has great breakfasts, lunches and dinners with entertainment. I recommend this establishment and will be going back.

The ocean view was amazing and the sea breeze was relaxing. The food at the bar and restaurant was great. The staff were very friendly. I’ll definitely recommend eating there. I was very disappointed with my room. The decor was outdated very old and rusted, horrible. Housekeeping was poor. I will not be going back to that hotel.

The staff is amazing. Shelly at front desk was an angel . She managed my travel accommodation and fixed any problems I had while staying. Lala the room attendant was so pleasant I felt at home. Chance who runs the bar an everything else was the highlight of the stay . He was there last time I came . When u go look for these staff members. They will show u paths and activities that will make ur stay that much special

The property is close to town and has a great view. However, it is in desperate need of a complete remodel. We stayed in an oceanfront king. The bed is actually a queen The room reeked of cleaning chemicals to the point of making your eyes water. There was barely a trickle of luke warm water in the shower. The cable went out and never came back on, the light on the balcony didn't work, the coffee machine was clogged and blew hot coffee throughout the room, and the hair dryer actually blew up in my hand. I was them accused of smoking in the room because of the odor from the hair dryer. I would avoid this place at all costs. The restaurant was extremely overpriced and the food was barely edible. St Croix has numerous great places to stay and eat.....this isn't one of them.

Two star hotel in four star location. Cons: dated, bed is lumpy and squeaks, walls are made of rice paper, when folks upstairs walked around, sounded like Thor doing an Irish jig. Pros: walk out the back door and sit on your patio listening to the waves 20’ away. Salt water pool with a small tiki bar and private beach area. Can drive to town in five minutes.

Good place

The view from our room was stunning. The gentleman that checked us in, the landscaper, and a few of the housekeeping women were very kind, but the remainder of the office staff were rude and made it apparent that they didn’t want to be bothered with our questions. This was the experience both in person and when we had called with a question prior to our arrival. When we did have questions we were greeted with an “out to lunch, be back in 30 minutes” sign more often than we were greeted by staff. There were a few resident roosters with a pretty consistent 4 AM Wake up call so if you’re a light sleeper, I highly suggest bringing some earplugs. The property is also home to about 15 stray cats that we were happy to adopt for the week. They were definitely friendlier than most of the office staff. The deep end bar on site was a fun place to hang out. Their menu is pretty limited, but the food was good, and the people were very friendly. I booked this property specifically for some of the amenities, such as the gym, laundry, Sunday brunch with bottomless mimosas, and daily happy hour. These activities were promoted on the website, in several emails from the property prior to our arrival, as well as being advertised in our room. However, when we arrived we quickly learned the brunch, bottomless mimosas, and happy hour no longer existed. The laundry facility isn’t actually on site at all, you have to drive to the marina to use the shared machine, and we couldn’t access the gym.

Every room is waterfront so that's good. Value for the money was good. Could use some updates which is why I only gave 4 stars. Staff was mostly good. Bartenders and wait staff very friendly. Beach is not great for swimming but okay for snorkeling. Wish they had a pool more setup for floating than a lap pool. Overall, would recommend for the money.

Other than the Walls’s being thin the place was clean, beautiful view. Had a pool , and a bar with bar type food. Loved the snorkel gear and how the property was more private

The room was beautiful. It was very clean when we came. The beach was right in front of our screen door and porch. The staff was so friendly. The food was fresh. They had an event every single night. The only thing is you need a car to get into town when you come to this location it’s not in walking distance to the farmers market, grocery store or the city. Overall, I will be booking here again with a rental car.

Old tired property, needs major renovation.

This is no frills (see pictures), but really good value for the cost. The view is gorgeous plus there's a beach and pool for kids. There's a restaurant. I wish it had more items on the menu, but realize that it changes based on the daily catch as well. Food is expensive, but that's true everywhere on the island.

The breakfast awas good and my room did have an amazing view of the beach.

CAUTION new ownership. Previous pix and descriptions are not necessarily accurate, menu is changed. Nickel and dime you in the restaurant, $20 omelette is $2 more for cheese, same with the $12 bacon, egg and cheese that they charge extra for the cheese.

This resort is a 10/10 I love every thing about this place good customer service good hospitality the place was so awesome I will be back to this resort
