ホテルは清潔で他の人も書いていらっしゃる様に朝食も美味しかったです。 ただ、これはXpedia側の問題だと思われますが、デラックスルームは浴槽付きシャワーと書かれていたので、わざわざデラックスルームを予約したのに、浴槽付きではなかったのでフロントに言うと、デラックスルームだからといって浴槽付きとは限らないとのことでした。 浴槽付きのデラックスルームにするには前もってホテルにリクエストする必要があるみたいです。 なので最初予約した3泊はシャワーのみの部屋になりましたが、郊外に1泊して再び戻って来た時は浴槽付きにして欲しいとお願いしていったら今度は浴槽付きにしてくれていました。 あと、あらゆるツアーのバス停がホテルの横にあるのでとても便利でした。 また行くことがあればまたとまりたいです。

とても清潔です。フロントの方も相談すれば快く対応してくれます。 バス停のすぐ前なので便利でした。 シャワールームとトイレの仕切りがないため水浸しにならないよう工夫してシャワーを使う必要があります。シャワーのお湯が臭い時があり気になりました。全体として、良い滞在ができました。

翌日から参加のツアーバスストップがすぐ横にありました。朝食のパンがとても美味しく朝からたくさん食べました！ 街の中心地にある為夜遅くまで車の音や音楽、人の声が聞こえてきますが疲れていたので朝までぐっすり眠れました。 チェックインより早めについてしまいましたがすぐに案内してもらえました。

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel in Reykjavik! The location is truly unbeatable, it’s close to everything, which made exploring the city so easy and stress-free. Restaurants, shops, and main attractions were all within walking distance. One of my favorite parts was the accessibility. Bus Stop #9 is right in front of the hotel, which made airport transfers and tour pickups incredibly convenient. It honestly made such a difference in our trip. The staff were also so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Iceland!

Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants and bars.

The room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect! It's on the main street in Reykjavik and right outside the tour pick ups. The staff was extremely helpful.

The location of the hotel was great, close to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was great with awesome espresso. The room located at lower level was very quiet.

Excellent hotel, walking distance to all main attractions and restaurants. All staff members are very friendly and polite to everyone, help us to take taxis. Also in the corner of Bus Stop 9. All busses for city bus and for tour buses stop at Bus Sop 9

짐보관이 가능해서 여행을 다녀올 수 있었습니다. 최고의 위치와 편리성을 갖췄다고 생각합니다. 다음에 다시 아이슬랜드에 와도 이것에 머물 겁니다.

방도 깨끗하고 직원도 매우 친절해요. 버스 정류장 로비에서 보여서 교통도 좋습니다. 주변 관광지도 걸어서 산책하면서 구경할 수 있어요.

Simple convenient hotel in the city. Fabulous breakfast and always warm in the hotel, very important after a night trip. Modern bathroom and plenty of hot water. Only grumble was there for 3 nights and room wasn't cleaned or towels changed despite asking for daily cleaning on check in. All in all great hotel, fab price and perfect location.
