Aplikasi buruk dalam pelayan untuk hotel ini, dimana hotel ini self Check In, dan traveloka tidak mengirimkan Link buat saya Check in, sehingga saya saat itu kesulitan untuk check in, dan hotel ini tidak ada Front Desk nya. Setelah di bantu Tamu yang menginap di sini, saya akhirnya mengkonfirmasi ke Hotel dan akhirnya mereka membantu saya, dan mereka menginfokan kl mereka sudah mengirimkan Link Check in ke Traveloka tapi Traveloka tidak mengirimkan ke saya. Aplikasi sangat buruk hal pelayanan kasus saya

Aturannya check-in jam 3, tapi kita dibantu early check-in jam 12 siang best banget, Kunci kamarnya ternyata diambil di family mart hanya berjalan cukup 50 meter, proses check-in gampang hanya cukup registrasi semua penghuni lewat email, Dan di dalam kamar lengkap, mau masak sendiri semua lengkap, elektronik lengkap dan berfungsi dengan baik overall suka banget.
