The property is very luxurious, includes 3 seperate buildings but only one has a reception on site. One night people were screaming on the hallway and I was too scared to get out, and the door to the building that was supposed be locked, wasn’t. Still, property was beautiful with an amazing views. I was surprised there was no gym, and the jacuzzi on the roof it’s only attached to one specific room so I wasn’t able to use it. Overall I would give 4 stars, though I had concerns for my safety that one night.

I will never prefer this hotel again. Very bad customer relations, no support

Apart Otel Odra nehrinin tam ortasındaki bir adacıkta. Odalar geniş ve ferah, çok rahat 4 kişi konaklar. Mutfak, banyo, tüm beyaz eşyalar ve mutfak eşyaları mevcut. Uzun süreli konaklamalar için ideal. Ben ailemle 3 kişi geldim ve çok memnun kaldım. Fiyat kalite dengesi çok çok iyi. Şehir merkezinde sayılır 5-10 dk mesafede ve otelin altında bir sürü restoran, kafe, süpermarket ve eczane var. Tek sorun cep telefonu çekmiyor veya çok zor çekiyor ! İnternet bağlantısı stabil değil. Benim için çok önemli değildi ama sizce önemli ise iki kere düşünün veya belki benim odamda öyleydi..

Ich habe bereits meine Bewertung an Expedia gestern abgeschickt. In Kürze: ich finde den Umgang des Betreibers der Unterkunft mit mir respektlos und unkzeptabel, nachdem ich ihm die Mängel und Unannehmlichkeiten gemeldet habe. . Mein Aufenthalt wurde dadurch gravierend beeinträchtigt. Die Ausstattung und der Zustand der Möbel war eine Zumutung. Ich werde nie mehr die Unterkunft dort buchen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist schlecht.

It’s a nice property, just few minutes away from Rynek. The lady at the reception (Ukrainian origin I believe) was not very accommodating & quite rude I would say. Also the cleaning service has to be booked 2 days in advance!! They charge you 3PLN for dishwasher tablet, it’s quite ridiculous…. I stayed there last year & it was much better experience. I don’t recommend it

Amazing place to stay, close to the old town and restaurants. Super comfortable with full kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment. Parking was via a car lift with easy access to the apartment.

The property was wonderful, the views of the university and water was as promised. If you are coming by car the parking is not for the faint of heart, it's a 1 car elevator that goes 2 floors down, as if you are parking under water, if you have a small car no problem, otherwise park on the street, because the maneuverimg to get into the elevator is enough to stress out the mellowest person. But again the property is great, and the room we had with views on every side was absolutely spotless, which is the most important thing when renting a property.

The apartment was spacious. The kitchen and laundry made the stay very convenient. The only thing that I found to be a problem was the lights. We stayed for almost a week, and I still couldn't figure out all the light switches. There were a LOT of switches. Some turned on lights, some turned off lights, some did different things depending on if you pressed up or down, and some pitched the whole apartment into darkness by turning off every single light.
