Beautiful hotel with all the facilities you’d want, rooftop pool and parking is a massive advantage of the hotel. Best sunsets we’ve seen! Gorgeous staff, super helpful and couldn’t do enough for you - special mention to Claudia at reception and Armando and Rico on the service team - Thanks for a really special stay. The bed was huge and room quiet and comfortable. Only room for improvement were some more allergy friendly bedding options (I’m allergic to feathers) and vegan food options at the breakfast buffet. The staff did help with adjustments within their gift which was appreciated. Can’t recommend Glow enough (ps, get the sea view room, it’s worth it!)

Quite nice luxury hotel with excellent amenities and the staff being extremely welcoming/ helpful with all inputs. The only downside is the main boulevard is a 40 walk unless you rent a scooter or pay for taxi which is ridiculously priced all over sarande and only via cash. Rooms were very neat and prices were reasonable for the hotel as well so highly recommend it given there are so many dining options and a scooter rental next door.

Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr schön. Leider war das Frühstücksbuffet nicht wirklich gut. Es hatte sehr wenig Auswahl. Ich ging nur die ersten Tage essen, dann nicht mehr. Es hatte nur einige Brotscheiben in der Auswahl bei den Broten. Des Weiteren ist das Hotel mit dem Auto ca 7-10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt (mich hat das nicht gestört, aber für diejenigen, die im Zentrum sein möchten). Dafür ist natürlich der Strand in der Nähe. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt. Wir haben einmal Chips gegegessen, da war in den nächsten Tagen immer noch Dreck zu sehen. Genau gleich im Bad: Wurde nicht gereinigt - meine Haare vom Vorabend lagen noch am Boden - auch die Dusche blieb mit Resten übrig vom Strand und wurde somit auch nie gereinigt. Die Bettwäsche wurde auch nicht gwechselt. Das Personal an sich war freundlich.

Very nice hotel where the service is absolute outstanding!

Het was een topvakantie! Het hotel is op wandelafstand van het strand, winkels en restaurants. Het personeel van het hotel was ongelofelijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Ze zijn super lief voor kindjes onze dochter van 2jaar heeft een zeer leuke vakantie gehad. Een klein minpuntje is dat het ontbijt niet uitgebreid genoeg is, maar wel heel lekker. We komen hier zeker terug naartoe! 10/10 🇦🇱

The staff is very friendly...breakfast is really good. Parking at the hotel ....wifi....location next to everything....amazing

the staff were great but there are two major issues with this hotel. 1: There are no canopies near pool so you will fry in the heat, there is no natural shade either. 2. they can serve drinks at pool ising whatsapp but there are no snacks or short menu for snacks like pizza, burger etc. there are places outside hotel so not a major issue 3. also if you book for a partial sea view make sure you are on 3 plus floor. we were on 1st floor and diabolical and can’t understand why we paying premium 4. the sofa bed is for children only. if only it was longer you could sleep on it as 1 person as was comfy

The hotel is new and beautiful. Located on the south part of Sarnada. The breakfast is good. There is a parking lot. No private beach, although it was promised via corresponding. On the first evening we didn’t had hot water in the shower and when we asked why, we were talled it because everyone in the hotel used the hot water and we need to wait for a while until it will be warned again…

Ingen finger at sætte. Personalet var usandsynligt rart og vedrørende. Hotelpoolen er meget, meget flottere i virkeligheden end på billederne. Morgenmaden var god og værelserne var skønne.

The entrance of the hotel is not on the street so you have to carry your bag up and down the stairs as an fyi. All service staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. They asked questions about your stay and if you enjoyed your evening. It was a pleasant experience.

Its a nice super clean and modern hotel. Only gotchas are that beach access is not included so had to pay extra to another hotel to use the beach and they charged us 1/2 the room price for a 3pm checkout. It was good that they offered it but a bit pricey. Also its hard to bring the luggage down the steps, they do have 2 entrances but our taxi dropped us of in the one that has to go down many steps. Breakfast was good and staff was nice

Rua tranquila uma boa praia na frente ( precusa) pagar 20 euros dia ombrelone e duas cadeiras) sugiro o hotel fazer uma parceria para baixar valor para hóspedes hotel. Café da manhã muito bom. Tem um restaurante excelente na praia Shopra 20 passos do hotel. Tudo novo no hotel bem decorado.

We really enjoyed our stay at Glow boutique hotel. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options and variation day to day. Room and pool were lovely! Staff were so kind and helpful especially Klaudia who gave us really good recommendations! Only feedback is that shelves in the shower would be helpful to place toiletries. Our stay was otherwise perfect!

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by friendly staff guided us to the parking area. Checked us in as soon as our room was ready slightly earlier than the check in time. The rooms are spacious and super clean, the sea view rooms was pleasant.

Overall very nice hotel but the interactions with the staff have to be the highlight of the stay. I have rarely seen such great service. It was really nice.
