ホテルというよりもB&Bという感じで、他のホテルのようにソファなどのくつろげる場所はなく、部屋はほぼ寝室です。お水も他のホテルのようにミネラルウォーターのボトルではなく、ウォーターサーバーから自分で汲む感じ。 ですが、サービスがアットホームでとても素敵でした。サービスの欧米化が進む中、バリ島らしい温かい接客があり、次回があればぜひまたこちらを利用したいです。 ランドリーサービスも当日仕上げてくれます。ウェルカムフルーツもとっても美味しかったです。

治安も良く素晴らしいホテルでした。 落ち着いて過ごせて、徒歩圏内にマッサージ店やレストランも多く便利。また利用したいです。

とにかくアクセスがいい。ホテルもルックスが良い。シャワーが温かくて水圧も強い。バリ島では貴重です。

同じクラスのホテルと比較すると、歯ブラシなし、スリッパなし。それ以外は清潔感もあり、過ごしやすい。

My wife and I stayed Akaya Bali for 11 days. We loved this cozy hotel and its superb breakfast. Pros: You should add the breakfast, which is excellent, offered by the attached cafe; the staff were always friendly and very helpful; the common place upstairs is very comfortable with lots of breeze and couches, free water dispenser; the pool is good; because there are not too many rooms, they are cleaned every day and all the facilities are well-maintained; my wife loved the dry bed sheets with good aroma; the rooms are quipped with adequate items; and enough water pressure for showers ;) If you want to know a truly good water pressure for your shower, you should visit Japan! ;) Cons: the list is short---noisy street with live bands playing close to midnight; the room may be small for large people (or those who used to US hotels).

We were well looked after in this comfortable little oasis.

Every staff member is friendly and helpful. Maria is the first person we met and she gave a fabulous welcome. Highly recommend this place to friends who travel solo because it is so safe. The pool is so relaxing,the bathroom toiletries are great quality and we slept so well in the comfortable bed. Breakfast was good too.Very pleas we chose Akaya to end our holiday on a high note

They changed our bed and towels everyday which we really liked. Breakfast was enjoyable and a very good choice. Location excellent with lots of great restaurants around.

Such a great vibe and fantastic location. Delicious breakfast with many options that are freshly made. THE best coffee. Besides the lovely clean rooms.it was the amazing staff that made this such a memorable relaxing hassle free stay

My daughter and I loved our stay at Akaya. Location is great with many great spas and restaurants within close walking distance. Beds were comfortable and we liked that there was milk supplied in the fridge and filtered water was available on site. Cafe Akaya made an amazing breakfast that was included in our stay. The coffee was great too. Only drawbacks were limited sun beds by the pool and rooms are quite small. Staff are friendly, helpful and so welcoming.

Centrally located and a short walk to the beach. Breakfast included was amazing with your choice served to you in the cafe or by the pool. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We did the discover scuba diving course and Eric our trainer was amazing. This holiday was relaxing and exciting, bringing new experiences and memories.

Washstand in room 102 cannot hold water for washing. And water runs too strong and shatters all over. This was only one negative thing that I found.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel, sauber, kleiner Pool. Tolles Frühstück im direkt dazugehörigem Café. Die Lage ist direkt an der Straße und der Ort sehr laut. Strand leider müllig ebenso das Meer.

Very impressed by this hotel. Staff are so great, cafe and dive shop downstairs and right in the centre of shops and restaurants. Rooms decorated very nice and nice toiletries. Very nice indeed.
