スタッフが親切で笑顔が素晴らしい。 併設のカフェが料理も美味しく、ボリュームも満足でした。 部屋も凄く綺麗で、小さなホテルですが、一人旅には、静かで心地良い。 サヌールビーチも近くて、また次回も宿泊したいとと思います。

ホテルというよりもB&Bという感じで、他のホテルのようにソファなどのくつろげる場所はなく、部屋はほぼ寝室です。お水も他のホテルのようにミネラルウォーターのボトルではなく、ウォーターサーバーから自分で汲む感じ。 ですが、サービスがアットホームでとても素敵でした。サービスの欧米化が進む中、バリ島らしい温かい接客があり、次回があればぜひまたこちらを利用したいです。 ランドリーサービスも当日仕上げてくれます。ウェルカムフルーツもとっても美味しかったです。

治安も良く素晴らしいホテルでした。 落ち着いて過ごせて、徒歩圏内にマッサージ店やレストランも多く便利。また利用したいです。

とにかくアクセスがいい。ホテルもルックスが良い。シャワーが温かくて水圧も強い。バリ島では貴重です。

同じクラスのホテルと比較すると、歯ブラシなし、スリッパなし。それ以外は清潔感もあり、過ごしやすい。

My wife and I stayed Akaya Bali for 11 days. We loved this cozy hotel and its superb breakfast. Pros: You should add the breakfast, which is excellent, offered by the attached cafe; the staff were always friendly and very helpful; the common place upstairs is very comfortable with lots of breeze and couches, free water dispenser; the pool is good; because there are not too many rooms, they are cleaned every day and all the facilities are well-maintained; my wife loved the dry bed sheets with good aroma; the rooms are quipped with adequate items; and enough water pressure for showers ;) If you want to know a truly good water pressure for your shower, you should visit Japan! ;) Cons: the list is short---noisy street with live bands playing close to midnight; the room may be small for large people (or those who used to US hotels).

Great staff!

Great find in Sanur. Dive shop out front with a lovely pool and rooms behind. Excellent breakfast and the staff are so nice and friendly. We will stay here again.

Price, location, room inside were great. Teeth brush was not available and I had to go to the supermarket to get. Voices from other guests are so loud and I couldn't sleep until around 1:00am.

Great for couples. This was the 3rd hotel of 3 for our Bali holiday and was easily our favourite. The super friendly staff done an awesome job keeping the building clean and the grounds in good condition. Breakfast at the cafe was next level yummy with a decent selection to choose from. Our only issue was the bed was a little hard but we still slept ok so cant complain. Was a great way to finish our trip and would definitely stay again next time we are in Sanur without the kids. Thankyou Akaya and staff.

Staff excellent. Small hotel with good facilities. There is a dive shop which is part of the hotel and they use the pool for instruction. Pool is about 16 meters by 6 m.

Every staff member is friendly and helpful. Maria is the first person we met and she gave a fabulous welcome. Highly recommend this place to friends who travel solo because it is so safe. The pool is so relaxing,the bathroom toiletries are great quality and we slept so well in the comfortable bed. Breakfast was good too.Very pleas we chose Akaya to end our holiday on a high note

They changed our bed and towels everyday which we really liked. Breakfast was enjoyable and a very good choice. Location excellent with lots of great restaurants around.

Such a great vibe and fantastic location. Delicious breakfast with many options that are freshly made. THE best coffee. Besides the lovely clean rooms.it was the amazing staff that made this such a memorable relaxing hassle free stay
