受付というものがないため、チェックイン時間を約束して、その時間にアパートの前で待ち合わせて主人と一緒に部屋まで行くというスタイル。 チェックインの際に主人が部屋の使い方や街のおすすめ等を説明してくれた。 広場から歩いて1分ほどのところにあり、周りにはレストランが多い。カレル橋などの有名観光地にも徒歩圏内。 部屋は綺麗で可愛らしく、かなり小さいが不便なことは特にない。

オーナーがとても親切だった。私が、チェックイン時刻より早く着いたことを知り、部屋を早めに掃除して、チェックインさせてくれた。部屋も清潔かつ快適で、設備も良かった。観光にベストな立地条件。

とても便利な場所にあり、あらゆる場所へのアクセスが最高です。広いバルコニーや使い勝手のよいキッチンもあります。部屋は清潔ですが、全て自分たちで掃除しなければなりません。また、石鹸や歯ブラシなどは自前で準備が必要です。サービスといったものはほとんどありませんが、プラハで暮らす感覚になれる素晴らしい体験ができました。また、オーナーはとても親切ですので、しっかりはじめに現地の情報を聞いておいた方がよいです。

3泊4日滞在しました。 立地ですが旧市街広場からすぐです。 メトロやトラムを利用しなくてもすぐに観光の中心地に行けるのはポイント高いです。 アパートすぐ下にパン屋さんあります。 値段も手ごろでおいしかったです。 アパート自体は小さいですがすべてそろいます。 ケトル、トースター、調理器具など（私はケトル以外ほとんど利用しませんでしたが）。 ベッド、シャワー（バスタブなし）、TV(みませんでしたが）。 液体ソープの備え付けあります。 扇風機もありました。 ただ夏の暑い時はきついかもしれないですね。 すでに窓締め切るとちょっと暑かったので。 開ければよいことですが。 眺望は特に良くないです。建物だけです。 wifi問題ありません。 アパートの管理人さんはとても親切な方で色々教えてくれました。 どこで両替すべきかなどです。 また、最終日にタクシーが必要でしたが電話してくれました。 総じて満足です。

場所は地図からは判りにくく凄く歩き回って928番の建物を見つけました。レセプションはないので表で家主の名前のピンポンを押して呼び出します。二階のアパートの一室を部屋ごとに貸しているようです。(4室位？)冷蔵庫、電気ポットはもとよりトースター、コンロ？鍋、食器などもあるようでした。私の泊まったシングルはテーブル横が直ぐトイレなので気になるひとには薦められませんが、アパートの快適さ旧市街広場へは角を曲がってすぐというロケーションの良さには勝てません。私はシングルで使いましたが、ツインにもなるようで、そうなると部屋が大変狭くなるので窮屈かも。TVはTVのリモコンで電源を入れて 別の機器のリモコンでチャンネルを替えます。プラハは突然激しい雨が降るので部屋を出る時は窓閉めの徹底が必要です。マーティンさんとても丁寧で感じのいい人でした。マーティンさんがいない時は別の人が出て来て対応してくれました。彼等の所在がわからないので不安に思う人も多いでしょうが、何か困ったことがあったら急ぎでなければ私は最初に送られてくるメールアドレスに連絡しました。部屋に戻った頃を見計らって来てくれて対応してくれました。急ぎの時は隣りのベルをならしました。ホテルと言うよりはアパート感覚なの至れり尽せりがいい人には向かないです。私はひとときですがプラハで一人暮らしが出来てとても楽しかったです。

The owner was very helpful and the location was very convenient to go many sightseeing places. If the apartment could provide a kind of safety box, it would be better. Although the room was very tiny, it didn't matter just for sleeping.

Recently renovated property in the very center of Prague, in a very convenient location. The owner, Martin, is very kind and attentive to the needs of his guests. Definitely recommended!

The owner was very polite, kind, and helpful. The room had a nice recommendation note for restaurant, grocery, supermarket with wifi login. I went to one of the recommended restaurants, and it was great. One minor thing was the water pressure was too low so it was hard to take a shower. I'm very small so it was ok for me to stay in a small space, but if you are big, it's hard. Also, it was hard to open a suitcase since the space was limited. Overall very nice area to stay.

Great value for money, great location, great host in a fantastic city.

die Unterkunft liegt perfekt zentral und ruhig. Das Haus hat Flair und alles ist hochklassig. Das Appartement ist klein aber perfekt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. alles vorhanden. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und super nett. alles hat gepasst. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Excellent location! Booked a single room, was small but had everything I needed. Stayed during July and no air conditioning but the room was still comfortable. Did have an elevator. Water pressure was a little low but not a deal breaker. Traveled alone and this was perfect for one person. Really enjoyed the property! Would definitely stay again.

Small, but very convienient.

Martin’s accommodations were spectacular. Everything was exactly as described and the room was well maintained and very clean. It is in a beautiful historical building that’s been newly renovated. They are actual apartments and there is no lobby so be sure to call him when you arrive to be let in. It is in the heart of old town and a corner away from the astronomical clock! There are so many restaurants nearby and you’ll be in the buzzling city within minutes. Everything was close by which I loved! i recommend the small cafe on right of the apartment for coffee and pastries - most places don’t open until later but they open at 7 am! Lovely stay with great and clean accommodations in the best location!

Great attention from Martin always aware of any questions. Place so clean, quiet and comfortable the best location from everywhere of course I will be back soon.

I had such a great time! The apartment was bright and open with such a comfy bed and great view. The building is in a prime location. The host was so accommodating and so kind. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting Prague. 10/10

Apartment was lovely. It was the perfect size for 3 of us and amazing location! Would definitely stay here again. Only flaw is there was no curtains or blinds. This didn’t bother me but it bothered my friend who got woken up by the sun coming up. Everything else was perfect.

民宿的位置非常的方便，出門轉個彎就是舊城廣場。早餐可以自己準備，樓下就有一個麵包店。或是不到5分鐘走路距離也有一間不錯的餐廳0700就開門。居住的大樓環境也安靜，有電梯。雖然室內空間不大，一個人剛剛好。

Perfekt läge. Litet rum i ombyggd lägenhet som klämt in allt som behövs på extremt liten yta. Sängen var inte den bästa. För enstaka nätter är det riktigt bra, men inte för en vecka.

Excelente ubicacion, a unos pasos de la Plaza Central y muchos monumentos historicos. Asi como de restaurantes y otros servicos. El apartamento esta en un edificio antiguo restaurado.
