掃除の時間が不定期。タオルが足りないとか何か有ります。夜にチェックが入るんで申し出すると解消。アフリカ有る有るかな？と思いました。スタッフは感じが良く居心地は良かったです。 シャトルバスがビクトリアフォールズとの間に有り便利でしたが、昼間待ってたけど来ない日が有りました。聞いたけど良くわかりませんでした。時間が有る日だったので気にしなかった。

スタッフの対応が素晴らしい。

電力事情が悪いのかもしれないが、クーラー、冷蔵庫の効きが悪かった。コンセントはたくさんあるが、ほとんどが通電していなかった。それ以外はグッド。

滞在中スタッフからの挨拶などとても快適に過ごす事ができた。 アフタヌーンティーは予約ができない、と聞き少し早めにテラスに行ったらガラガラだったけれど、15時過ぎには満席になっていた。オススメのカフェイン入りの紅茶はミルクにも合った。 テラスからはビクトリアフォールズ橋を望む事ができる。 朝食は別の場所で、朝日を拝みながらいただける。 庭には猿や猪がいる。 ビクトリアフォールズのナショナルパークまで歩いて15分程度。立地も良い。

ビクトリアフォールズ観光に便利です。周りじなにもありませんが、街の中心街から徒歩5分程度。ビクトリアフォールズへは徒歩圏内。ボツアナ側50分、ジンバブエ側30分程度でしょうか。プールサイドのバーでは深夜まで飲酒可能です。街のスーパーでアルコール買って飲む事も可能です。

部屋に入り、手を洗って拭こうとタオルに手をやると、いきなりタオルバーが落ちてきた。支えがぐらついてるせいで、レセプションに電話すると、修理の人をよこすというのになかなか来ず、やっと来たと思ってもややしばらく時間がかかっていた。その他、2日目には水やコーヒーなど補給されていないものがあり、苦情を言っても、５回くらい電話してやっと持って来たくれた。浴槽にも髪の毛が残っていたりして、連泊すると、掃除をちゃんとしてくれないようだ。ただ、最終日に12時のアクティビティに合わせて部屋を出たいというと、本来は10時のチェックアウトだから、料金が発生するところを大目にみてくれた。

従業員は皆笑顔でよく挨拶もしてくれる。設備は古いがいうほどWi-Fiも遅いとは感じなかった。網戸が破れていたのは残念だったが、季節柄か蚊も気にならなかった。確かに朝食は比較的高価だが、夕食のビュッフェは破格の安さなのでプラマイゼロか。総じて比較的居心地の良いホテルだと思う。

滝や町へ歩いて行ける範囲です。シャトルバスもありました。アクティビティデスクもあり、チョベやヘリコプターﾂｱｰもその場で申し込めます。部屋でお湯も沸かせます。

スーパーへのアクセスが良く、食品買い出しに便利です。ビクトリアフォールズ国立公園にも徒歩で行けますし、危険は感じませんでした。ホテルは建物自体は古いですが、ベッドも綺麗で蚊帳が付いているため、虫が入っても気にならないと思います。中庭の夜の雰囲気もオススメです。

no breakfast,if order $15. too expensive. dinner was also very expensive.There were mosquitoes in the restaurant.except for them comfortable.

スタッフは親切，態度が非常に良い。 部屋の施設も完璧。 ホテルの環境も良い。 空港送迎は手頃で，便利です。

I would not recommend staying at the Rainbow Hotel in Victoria Falls. The experience started poorly when I discovered that the toilet in my room was only partially functional. While the staff eventually moved me to another room, they seemed reluctant to do so and acted as though accommodating a legitimate maintenance issue was an inconvenience. The basic amenities were also disappointing. The soap provided appeared to be heavily diluted with water, and the rooms lacked important security features. There were no interior safety locks on the doors and no in-room safes or safety deposit boxes for securing valuables—something I consider essential for travelers. What made the stay even more frustrating was the hotel's pricing. Rather than offering value, it seemed designed to extract as much money as possible from guests. Meals were significantly overpriced, and the hotel charged inflated rates for airport transfers, tours, and tourist packages. Given that the city center is only a short walk away, guests can often find better and more reasonably priced options elsewhere. Overall, the combination of poor maintenance, inadequate security, reluctant service, and excessive pricing made this a disappointing stay.

Great position to walk into town. Polite and helpful staff. Overall clean but looking worn in places. Could do with replacing the bath towels and some maintenance on the two bathrooms we had use of. We didn’t eat on site so can’t comment on the quality of the food. A good place to stay if you are trying to keep to a smaller budget.

Free shuttle to and from the fall. Beautiful landscape and swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. I saw monkeys and birds from my patio. A small refrigerator, insect repellent, canopy mosquito nets for bed are provided in the room. There is guard at gate. Felt safe and relax. Highly recommend.

All well exept for the loooong wait for food at dinner.Also they seems to be out of cash

Basic hotel. Limited food options. Room was a bit sub standard. Walkable to shopping. Pool was small and unheard.

O parque nacional fica a 4 km. Nós fomos de carro e foi bem rapidinho. Os funcionários são todos muito atenciosos. O lugar é muito bonito, convidativo para a pausa e reflexao. Acomodações de muito bom gosto. Nossa varanda tinha vista verde. Preço convidativo. Voltaria se pudesse!

We were disappointed with the green pool and lack of ability to get change of our USD when activities needed change , the hotel is very dated but appreciate it is only 3 star, we tried for several days to contact hotel on phone prior to stay with no answer , only positive was staff were friendly
