ビーチベッドの数が足りない

部屋の清潔度、広さ、インテリアは申し分ありません。 残席なのはチェックインです。１２：３０ごろ到着し　”30分ほどウエイチングルームで待っていてくれ”と言われて待っていましたが１３時過ぎても誰も来ずフロントに行ったところ”１３：４５くらいになると”言われて再び待つも１４時になっても迎えに来ず再度フロントに行ったら　明らかに忘れていた様子で部屋に入ると既に部屋にスーツケースは届けられていました。お粗末な対応でした。 アフタヌーンティーは量的には少なめで、カクテルアワーのおつまみも2種類だけでワイン、ビール、ソフトドリンクのみでカクテルはないとのことでした。朝食は種類も多く、温かい料理も数種類から選べラグジュアリーな雰囲気の中　ゆっくり食事を楽しめました。 プライベートビーチではシュノーケリングも出来ます。左側の岩場付近にたくさん魚がいましたが岩がせり出しているため、頭をぶつけて切ってしまいました。スノーケリングする際はお気を付け下さい。

良かった点 プライベートビーチがとても綺麗でシュノーケリングも楽しかった。 ホテルの公式サイトの写真より綺麗でした。 イマイチな点 レストランやプールサイドではいつもスタッフがとても忙しそうで、優雅な雰囲気とはちょっとずれてた。 ブッフェではお皿やスプーンが補充されないままなんてことも。 ゲストの数に対してスタッフの数が足りない？と感じることが無くはない。 でもそんなのは全体的に見れば些細な事。 基本的に素晴らしいホテルです。

お部屋は広く清潔で、綺麗な生花(バラ)も各部屋にいけてあり、目の前はオーシャンビューという期待以上の素敵なホテルでした。大人のホテルのため、プールやプライベートビーチ(透明度は高くない)も静かで、本を読んだりぼーっとしたり、自分の時間が過ごせます。食事の値段と味は見合っていない気がしましたが、総合的にはとても良い滞在でした。

L'hotel è in condizioni perfette. Ho prenotato la camera deluxe con vista mare che si affaccia sul resort ed è stata favolosa: molto spaziosa, impeccabilmente pulita, silenziosa e con un grande balcone che offre una vista panoramica mozzafiato. La spiaggia privata è incantevole, con teli da mare, acqua e bevande fresche gratuiti, una caratteristica essenziale per un hotel a 5 stelle. Colazione eccellente. Il personale è molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La piscina e l'area circostante sono piacevoli. Molto tranquillo, si sente solo il suono dell'acqua. Il servizio di parcheggio con valet è stato molto rapido.

The hotel and its surroundings are beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and a peaceful atmosphere. However, the overall experience was quite dull, with little to no entertainment or activities to keep things lively.

I had the most fantastic stay here. I don't think I will ever stay at another hotel with children after sampling the 'no children' part of this htoel complex. So lovely to enjoy the wonderful pool and beach without children running around. This is also a perfect hotel for solo travellers as you're not surrounded by families. I could not fault the hotel at all and ALL of the staff were exceptional. I will happily make this my first choice in hotels for my holiday. I also found it well worth paying the extra price for the limo pickup and escort through the airport.

A perfect stay at a very romantic location. Impecable service, friendly staff, amazing food. Highly recommended for solo travellers thanks to the feeling of safety and inclusion into the hotel’s everyday activities. The bedding is ensuring a magnificent rest. My best hotel stay ever .

This property and resort exceeded my expectations!! Just PERFECT 🤩 especially if you are looking to disconnect and relax. From the staff, property upkeep, dining options, housekeeping, and facilities were beyond outstanding!! Definitely coming back ❤️

Excellent is not the word to describe this resort, it is beyond any expectation you have easily one of the best experiences anywhere in the world!
