Chambre evue mer excellente ,service au petit soin ,séjour agréable ,hôtel calme en famille et service déjeuner ,restaurant de bonne qualité

Die Hotelanlage ist schön, am Strand gelegen. Nettes, aufmerksames Personal.Zimmer sauber. Das ist das Positive. Negativ ist vor allem die Essenssituation. Es gibt ein Hauptrestaurand und mehrere Spezialitätenrestaurants, die man vorab reservieren muss. Sie sind sehr gut, daher sind diese immer kurzfristig ausgebucht. Also muss man bei Ankunft schon alles vorab reservieren. Wird aber beim Check in nicht erwähnt. Also muss man dann ins Hauptrestaurant. Und das ist gelinde gesagt schlecht, nicht eines 5 Sterne Hotels würdig. Kaum Wechsel der Speisen, kaum Auswahl. Noch schlimmer ist das Frühstück. Die Krönung ist, dass es für die im Zimmer stehende Nespresso Machine für 1 Woche genau 4 Kapseln gibt. Den Rest soll man dann bei All inklusiv kaufen. Dann sollten sie es lassen. Leider, auf Grund des Essens kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick! Das Frühstücksangebot an frischen Früchten war etwas dürftig! Der Strand könnte etwas besser von Korallenresten befreit werden! Die Anlage und das Golfangebot waren sehr toll!

Super Hotel

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Heritage Awali. L’hôtel est magnifique et parfaitement intégré dans son environnement. La plage est superbe, avec son sable blanc et son eau turquoise idéale pour la baignade. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le buffet est très correct et les restaurants à la carte valent le détour. Le personnel est d’une chaleur et d’une gentillesse remarquables, en particulier avec les enfants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les différentes piscines non chauffées (dont une pour adultes et une plutôt adaptée aux enfants chauff, le club enfants accessible même aux plus petits – où les animatrices sont adorables et très attentives –, ainsi que l’espace dédié aux enfants qui est bien pensé. Le massage offert a également été un vrai plus. Quelques petites remarques qui n’ont en rien gâché notre séjour mais qui pourraient rendre l’expérience encore meilleure : l’hôtel, en dehors du club enfants, n’est pas vraiment pensé pour les plus jeunes (pas de mini disco, d’aire de jeux extérieure ou de piscine spécifiquement conçue pour eux). Sa localisation le rend aussi un peu éloigné des points d’intérêt du nord et de l’est de l’île. Les chambres situées près de la piscine peuvent être un peu bruyantes le soir lors des animations. Au restaurant Infinity Blue, le service gagnerait à être un peu plus fluide et la quantité servie parfois plus généreuse. Enfin, au spa, les massages et soins du visage pourraient être réalisés avec davantage de délicatesse.

We loved our stay at the Heritage Awali - there was so much to do, the food is excellent, and the staff were wonderful. Can’t wait to return.

Perfect family holiday, kids club was fantastic, golf at both courses is highly recommended, food was very nice at all restaurants.

This was my wife and I’s third hotel during our two week stay in Mauritius. The property itself was very nice, but there was some construction going on which put a lot of mud on the walkways, especially with the rainy weather. We both thought the grounds were too dim in the guest areas. Some of the staff did not help us well when we had questions, but others were very nice and knowledgeable. A couple of our events (African dinner, helicopter tour) got rained out, which was disappointing. We did try pretty much all of the restaurants (except for the BOMA African dinner experience). They were all good. We also tried some of the available experiences around the property (archery, seashell museum, 4x4 jeep safari). Except for the weather, everything was good. Because the weather was wet, rainy, and windy, we weren’t able to swim in the pools or the beach. We did walk around the Telfair a couple of times, which is a really nice resort. All in all, the hotel is great, but the weather just didn’t cooperate with our stay, at least not until the day that we were leaving. Bummer! If we come back, we wouldn’t mind staying there again.

Tolles Hotel, super sauber, sicher. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken beim all inkl. Packet war etwas überschaubar.

Unfortunately they changed the dinner menu from international buffet to a-la-carte. Also had a couple of issues with the room, but these were resolved quickly.

Clean rooms, good range of food options which includes being able to dine at the golf club, neighbouring hotels and beach club (car shuttle from reception included). Kids pool heated and we needed it for an October trip.
