Amazing hotel and staff. The are friendly and accommodating. The concierge and registration helped us in adding a day to our stay, scheduling us to get tatooes on the island and transportationn, and changing our flight. The over the water bungalow was amazing. This tourist destination is on the high end of cost, but well worth it! We really enjoyed our stay!!

First class hotel with highly trained staff and great amenities for this type of remote location (pool, beeches, activities, snorkeling, marine life, restaurants). Paradise like setting, newly (re)built with great views in every direction.

Excellent stay in this beautiful property with stunning views. Loved the rooms, superb service and spa treatments. One minor quibble was the food that could be elevated a bit more in quality but overall 4/5 for food.

We loved our time at the Westin Bora Bora. The overwater bungalow was awesome, so clean and well maintained. The people were very friendly and helpful. They had refillable water bottles at check in and water filling stations throughout the resort. Rachel, Te’amo, Varuna, Mirabell, and many others working at the resort were so welcoming and fun to chat with. The turtle hospital was great to visit and I loved that the turtles they were rehabilitating had a large lagoon to swim in. The bikes were a blast, part of the fun was finding one with breaks and air in the tires but it’s a beach bike and we were on vacation so we were just happy to pedal around. We’re looking forward to returning one day.

This was an amazing stay. Food, hospitality and location and absolutely “soul refreshing “ experience. Wow.

First impression: we arrived to the hotel and nobody received us, we found the reception following other guests. Ooooopsss bad start. Mold everywhere on the main pool. Poor food quality (except the Argentinian chef). We traveled with our baby and our room was on the deepest part of the beach, and that is preventable in decent hotels since there were more rooms in the same category and lower beach. Our friend had $500 disappear from his room and no one went to investigate nor did he receive any attention. Having been to several hotels of this type in Bora Bora, Maldives, Seychelles, etc., The Westin is far from being a luxury and/or 5 star resort. It is not worth the price.

From the moment we arrived, the staff knew us by name, making us feel like VIPs every step of the way. The entire property is immaculately clean and feels incredibly new. It’s clear that every detail was thoughtfully designed to provide guests with a modern, luxurious, and seamless experience. One of our favorite features was the free bikes available all around the resort! It made getting around the gorgeous grounds not only convenient but also fun. Another standout was the water stations offering clean, filtered water—such a thoughtful touch that made staying hydrated a breeze. Our room was a dream. Everything was brand new and equipped with the latest technology, including Bluetooth connectivity and surround sound for music. Plus, they thought of everything when it came to power adapters, so no worries if you forgot yours—pure convenience! The personal touch from the staff was what truly elevated this stay from great to unforgettable. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and cared for. If you’re looking for a pristine, modern, and beautifully managed resort where luxury meets personal service, look no further than The Westin Bora Bora. We can’t wait to return!

Stunning new property with excellent staff who greeted us by name daily. They had special events like helping to take care of injured sea turtles (eco center), wine tasting, and rum tasting. It was very quiet because it only opened 2 months ago. But with its 5-star service, stunning amenities, and location between the Intercontinental and Four Seasons, this resort is primed to be one of the best in Bora Bora.
