部屋にスリッパが無かったのと朝食のバリエーションが少ないのは減点項目。サービス全般は素晴らしい。

最悪のホテルです。 予約を取れているのに宿泊を拒否されました。

ホテルは部屋・施設とも満足出来るものでした。　ロビーは広くリラックスできます。　従業員の方も親切でした。　ショップもコンパクトながら販売しているものが、高すぎることなく、いい雰囲気でした。 部屋にスリッパがあれば、我々日本人にはとても嬉しいのですが、少し欲張りすぎかもしれません。

バスタブが独立してあり、ゆったりとバスタイムを過ごすことができた。部屋も清潔感があり、長旅で疲れた体が癒された。一点残念なのは、大人二名の宿泊なのに、スリッパ、バスローブが一着しかなかったこと。

Fabulous experience. Not a terrific location for short walks, but the hotel itself makes you not want to leave.

Excellent hotel choice with exceptional staff who always go above and beyond to help. The rooms are spotless and hotel is in a great location.

Clean, comfortable rooms with well appointed bathrooms. Staff is also friendly and all in all great. Love the massive pool and gym.
