エグゼプティブの部屋を予約しましたが、スタッフの皆さんに優しくさしていただき、とても快適に過ごしました。ただし、料理については、もっとエクアドルの地元料理が欲しかったです。

ホテルは本格的なジムやレストランが中に入っていて快適でビジネスユースに大変便利と思います。ホテル周辺に洒落たレストランが多く良かった。

キトの新市街は、南米の中でも洗練されたホテルが多いように感じるが、そういったホテルの一つ。清潔感は素晴らしい。宿泊だけであれば価格もお手頃だが、朝食や送迎の費用等も考慮する必要はある。

従業員の方が親切で明るく快適、日本料理店があるのがありがたい。

La habitación con un olor terrible, y el sábado cuando salí a cenar, la chica de recepción me dijo que no me aseguraba que a mi regreso encuentre parqueadero; algo insólito, ya que la estadía fue con parqueadero incluido, es decir, ustedes deben asegurar que exista espacio para sus huéspedes.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel we had to upgrade our room on the 13th floor and I paid extra money for the same. The first room we got from Expedia was just a basic room and it was rundown. I would expect this hotel to be renovated from top to bottom on the 13th floor. The service was excellent room was great, but the bathtub was very old and difficult to get in and out, and there are fall risks for a lot of people up there without any safety bars excellent service by the concierge at the 13th floor executive general area excellent drinks, breakfast lunch food and servers were excellent. I would give them 10 or 10 but the property needs to be updated to keep up with the standard.

Billing system needs to be faster. Customer unable to obtain printout of receipts on the spot.

The place and service is amazing

I checked in early and was prepared to pay a half day extra fare for checking in early. The hotel had availability and I needed privacy for an important business call. Instead of charging me a half day extra, the staff charged me for an additional full day at the highest rate possible. I accepted because I had no choice. But I will not return to Swissotel again. Nor will anyone from my organizations. I am the CEO of my company and sit on several boards. We travel to Quito often. But not to your hotel anymore.

Clean. Staff were helpful in arranging private tours. Breakfast was good. We really liked the Japanese restaurant Tanoshi. Ate there 3/4 nights.

Definitely is a great place to stay, my trip into Quito was more memorable because of this beautiful well kept hotel.
